Never ever again… We went there with our 2 yr old son and ordered right away chicken fingers for him it took close to 40 min to get those. the table next to us came 10 min after us and they had their starter ready when we were still waiting for our chicken long does it take to grill the chicken fingers… they mixed my wife’s order brought us a crab instead of a grouper how you can mix it it up? my steak was black i could not see what kind of meat it was only i could guess cause it was a shape of Rib-Eye. I did not want to write any negative reviews but i got my final straw in this. The check was 73 $ i was a way to generous to leave a tip and made total as 80 $.now i am checking my account and i see 89 $ posted so if they like choosing what tips they should get.

After many visits to Bonefish(some in Boca/Boynton, most in NY … many of which were hit and miss), I ordered the Filet Mignon(never had a non-seafood dish before). I have to say that it was cooked as ordered, grilled, and tasted as good or better than at many steakhouses I have been to. Had the spinach and mac/cheese … two excellent side dishes and also had the Bonefish Salad with Blue Cheese added … also all excellent. I had a side order of grilled shrimp with the steak which was slightly overdone, but otherwise this was an excellent meal. My Mom had a hamburger and also enjoyed it very much.

Just came from Bonefish Grill Boca Raton. While I eat out a lot, I felt like Stephanie was the best server I have ever had. She never let’s your glass get empty and she is really nice and sweet. This was the third time I have been there and I would request to be in her area of the restaurant ever time I come. Stephanie is AMAZING! !! THANKYOU for making every visit special.

We went here the other night and sat at the bar. We were originally just going to have a drink but decided to get dinner too. We sat near the end of the bar where the waiters/waitresses pick up their orders. As a result we could hear the unprofessional banter. It was clear the two bartenders hated each other based on their interactions. We could hear the waiters and bartenders talking smack about each other and customers. I could even hear an exchange where the bartender told the waitress to just give her table an IPA because the beer they ordered was out of stock and«they won’t know the difference.» It was very unprofessional. I understand some banter but it was quite out of hand when you have customers at the bar right there. The Moscow mule was syrupy and had way too much crushed ice. The mojito was okay. Wagyu beef pot stickers tasted good but lacked that pot sticker crunch you want. The tuna bowl was lackluster. It was too sweet and didn’t have much flavor besides that sweetness. The Lily’s chicken was terrible. The chicken was dry and it just tasted badly. The potatoes au gratin tasted like old hash browns mixed with Kraft cheese sauce. Between the unprofessional staff and the disappointing food, we won’t be back.

5 Stars! Had dinner at the Boca Bonefish location last night and everything was top notch. From making the reservation, to walking right in and our table was ready for us to our excellent waiter Miguel, to the delicious salmon, tilapia and hamburger dishes we had– I have to say this location cares! They have a well oiled crew working in Boca and I know it’s hard during«season» to figure out timing and have enough staff and please everyone but when I looked around, I saw every table filled with happy people dining(including us!) and the staff scurrying about. They certainly have it all figured out and do it all so well. The end result is excellent food and service for the customer. What more could you ask for?

The following review is an opinion of my previous experience. I would like to start by saying our servers were great, alittle slow, but I will chalk that up to the holiday craziness. Now my family and I eat here regularly, and always enjoy the food and service, but we were here for dinner last night, and i think its time for a change in management. My wife is highly allergic to certain things and ordered a sea bass poached no seasoning. What we got was a fish that looked like they started pan searing it, and then switched to poach. They tried to mask it by putting the seared side down on the plate. We asked the waitress to please fix it, no big deal. Mistakes happen kitchen gets busy. About 5 minutes later the«manager» comes out with the plate and says here we made you a new piece. When my wife checked, it was blatently obvious that they just tried to scrape the bottom seared part off the fish as there where still parts of it on there. When I told the manager thats what they did, he flat out lied straight to my face, and after insisting, he agreed to make a new piece. May i also add, as this was going on, another waitress came up to the manager with something from another table, and said, I quote“that table didnt want this, try to resell this“ This is coming from management, as why would a waitress care if they resell it or not? We go here 3 to 4 times a month. I think its time for a break.

I really dislike giving negative reviews. I am a regular at a Bonefish but not this particular restaurant. Generally I am very happy the food and the service is generally great. At this specifics bonefish restaurant the service was borderline awful. I had a reservation I was told it will be ready in a few minutes, he gave me one of those electronic box that would tell me my table is ready. Fourth five minutes later I came back the hostess. With the lip service type of apology, you know the type where the words are true but there’s no belief said it will be a few more minutes. To me a reservation is worthless if I’m there for more than 20 minutes. I probably would give only one star but the food was actually pretty good.

I don’t ever write reviews but felt I had to this time. Let me start by saying that I feel that you should try a place a couple of times before making a decision as to whether it is a place one might want to frequent. My wife & I have been to 4 different Bonefish Grills. Each time the experience has been absolutely AWFUL! The wait staff does not know their ass from their elbow, the food is the worst we have ever eaten and needless to say we will NEVER return. Please save your money and go anywhere but Bonefish!

This Bonefish location was by far the best we have been to ever. The service was top notch and the food was utterly perfect, from the awesome Bang Bang shrimp and raspberry martinis to the wedge salad(best blue cheese ever!) steaks and even fabulous desert! The manager Rebecca was very sweet and our waitress Bridgette was the best! Fast timely service with great food! We highly recommend this location!

Service has always been good here. I usually get the ahi tuna dinner and they cook it to perfection. Although it’s always crowded, they do a good job of getting you in without to much inconvenience.

Went for brunch with friends. Place was empty when we arrived at 11 but 2⁄3 full by the time we left at 1. Nothing outstanding about the service or the food. My cappuccino was good but was warm, not hot. My California omelet included 4 spears of asparagus and a piece of toast. It was decent but I’ve tasted better for a lot less. Bottom-line, stick to what the to well-seafood dinners.

My mother got us a gift card to this place for 100 bucks. What a great way to start the night. So, we ordered some wine while awaiting the highly raved bang bang shrimp. The wine was great and fairly priced. They have a super big bottle of wine which is a tad stronger and has a fantastic flavor. If you sit at the Baez be sure to try it. they will give you a taster of it before you have to commit. :). Bang bang shrimp arrived. Wow. They were incredible. Soooo good. Not sure why this place gets lower reviews by others. We were treated extremely well the entire time. The crab cakes were pretty good, not out of this world good. However, I seem to have bad luck and always get a shell, not this night! The actual dinner was delicious. I got the mobster grilled cheese which was really, really good. All in all, fantastic experience. Have no complaints at all.

My boyfriend and I received a gift from his mom so we were excited to try bonefish out for the first time. I’ve heard over and over again about the bang bang shrimp so we started with that and a glass of pinot noir wine. The bang bang shrimp was AMAZING!!! I probably could have eaten 5 more! Also for an appetizer we got the crabcakes which were out of this world good! For dinner I got the filet mignon and it was cooked perfect with a butter sauce on top ! My boyfriend got the lobster grilled cheese that was just ok and the Mac and cheese was just ok too! I can’t wait to go back and try other things here.

I’m not the biggest fish person, but Bonefish Grill still have things to offer here. By far the best menu item I’ve had is the Bang Bang Shrimp. It’s basically their signature dish, and rightfully so. The shrimp and well cooked and the spicy sauce on them gives it a real punch, but portion size could be bigger. Coming in at over $ 9, this expensive appetizer is worth it, but still wish it was less expensive. The Chicken Marsala here is good, but far from great. The chicken is juicy yet flavorless, same goes with the marsala sauce(I think they recently took this off the menu, shame). It comes with a side, which is pretty good, mainly the mashed potatoes, but nothing like a side salad comes with it. The redeeming factor for this item was that the price wasn’t bad for everything you got(it was around $ 14). The Bang Bang Shrimp Crispy Tacos are a nice appetizer/dinner as well. The menu isn’t huge, especially if you don’t eat fish, but you’ll be able to find a chicken or steak dish if not. Also, the fresh bread with their olive oil is another plus, simple, but really good. It is also free, which is something that is good here, especially because your bill will come out high no matter what you get here. Service here is hit or miss. One time our waitress was very nice, but extremely slow. It seemed she never came over to our table other than to bring out our food, and rarely checked up on us. I have some major problems with various parts of the atmosphere. The inside normally would easily get a much higher grade because it is nice, clean and romantic décor, problem is the layout of the seating area is so close to each other that when the restaurant is crowded you are practically eating on top of each other. No joke, the seating tables here makes a New York City subway at rush hour seem relaxing and cozy. Also another major minus for here is the internet does not work once you step inside of Bonefish Grill. For some reason at this location my phone’s connection stops working all together. This has happened to all my family and friends I know who go here. The inside of the situation room at the White House has less stringent internet connections than inside of Bonefish. Overall, I want to like this place more, but it has one too many flaws to prevent it from moving up a rating. Food(B), Pricing(C-), Atmosphere(B-), Service(B-)

This review is for brunch, and I have to say I think Bonefish Grill’s brunch is very underrated. It is offered on Sundays from 10 – 2. We decided to head over around noon. I hopped on the website and noticed you could make reservations so I made one, just in case it was busy… I figured brunch in Boca would be busy on a Sunday. When we arrived it became obvious that the reservation was not necessary as we were one of maybe five tables, but I liked that it was so easy to reserve online. We looked over the brunch menu which is broken down into omelets, brunch favorites, and eggs benedicts. They also offer a decent amount of items from their regular menu. Each item on the brunch menu was somewhere around $ 10, and brunch cocktails were around $ 6 a glass; however, they also offer an endless brunch option. For $ 20 you can pick a brunch entrée accompanied by endless mimosas, bellinis, and sangria. I reasoned that we pretty much had to do the endless brunch because I knew I wanted one drink, and if I dared order two we would be losing money otherwise. For my entrée I chose the surf and turf eggs benedict which had pieces of lobster and filet on the english muffins along with poached eggs and hollandaise. You could choose asparagus or potatos au gratin on the side and I went with the asparagus. I was very pleased with my entrée. There was a decent amount of lobster and steak, and I liked the asparagus side choice. My boyfriend went with the cajun shrimp omelet. He enjoyed it, but when I tried a bite I didn’t think goat cheese went with cajun flavors at all, but I’m pretty weird about goat cheese so it was probably just my taste. I should also mention that we started with the edamame hummus. This was probably one of my favorite hummus dishes ever, The roasted tomatoes on top made it especially great. The service was good, and my bellini was replenished throughout the brunch. I was even offered another after I was done eating. I was impressed that they weren’t trying to push people away after the food was gone. For the food and the value this is a really great deal. The only downside was the atmosphere was a little strange, probably because the restaurant was so empty, but I won’t complain that I didn’t have to wait for a great unlimited mimosa brunch.

This location of Bone Fish is not the best. Unless you are over 65 years old. Came her with my sister and a friend, got some bang bang shrimp, alwyas great. We were recommended the hummus ademama, and it was worse thing we had, took one bite and had to drink a whole glass of water to get back to normal. Sister had the Kilts Chicken, and loved it. I ordered the salmon with asparagus salad, just to find out its not in the menu anymore:(made me sad. My friend had the fish tacos– nothing crazy. Now, problem in this location is that if you are not quit you get looks from everyone. Young? Loud? This is not the place for you. Made us all feel very UN welcome.
