This is a fabulous concept. After calling the national number I was given the local number. I received a call back within a half hour from Jeff who was at my house that afternoon to pick up a cellular shade that needed to be restrung. This shade was purchased elsewhere many years ago, but that was no problem. The work was completed promptly, the shade returned and rehung, all for a very reasonable price. Jeff was incredibly reliable when he made appointments to come to my home and even called when he knew he would be only ten minutes late. I discussed many of the things that Budget Blinds does and will certainly use this business in the future when replacing other windows in my home.

This is a horrible business. I needed some help with blinds installed by another Budget Blinds in East Boca years ago, who is no longer in business. They refused to help me in any way, since I didn’t buy my blinds from them.
I would NEVER recommend this business.
