Capitol Carpet and Tile

Visited this location this morning to consider re-​carpeting our master bedroom. We were greeted shortly after arriving by Gabriel and he was helpful and positive thru out the visit. He explained the differences in several different Mohawk carpets. He allowed us to control the conversation and choices, and added value when it was appropriate.
We were in and out within 45 minutes and had ordered the update the wife chose. We got a good price and didn’t feel the need to visit any competitors. Gabriel even offered to visit and measure himself next week due to our schedule.
This is our second visit and purchase. The first was excellent and provided a better experience than that «other» carpet guy who advertises everywhere locally. Looking forward to keeping the wife happy and our new luxury carpet install.

Ordered carpet from Capitol Carpet. I could not ask for any better service than I received. Everyone was exceptional from the salesman to the young lady who dealt with me to have the carpet installed to the installers. Nice to know there are still places with high standards. Thank you.

Everyone isn’t perfect and mistakes are made. But it is the way that the problems are resolved that makes a store stand out. Capitol Carpet and Tile is one.
After an excellent reference from a neighbor whose wood floors were installed by Capitol, I chose them to replace my tile floor. Anthony was the salesman and was able to understand the look I wanted and guided me to the perfect tile. The tile installation design was on the diagonal and laid out symmetrically with no flaws. Each man who work the job was courteous and professional
A few problems arose and each time, Anthony and the contractor would come back, decide how to fix it, and execute the repair. Unfortunately, one problem kept arising with the grout and wasn’t being resolved with just a spot repair.
Feeling a little frustrated by the time the last grout problem arose, I found my original paperwork where the guarantee stated «²⁴⁄₇ access to the owner» with his email and phone number. So, taking their word, I called Mr. Morano. We spoke about the issues that I was having and I stated I would like my grout redone rather than continuing to spot repair. Within an hour, Mr. Morano called me back after speaking with the others involved and advised Capitol will regrout and resolve the issue.
Within two days, they finished the replacement and my floors are absolutely beautiful. Capitol Carpet stands behind its guarantee of Customer Satisfaction and ensure each job is professionally designed and installed. I am a «Raving Customer» (as their mission statement states they strive for) and will use them with any future flooring projects.

We received excellent service from Burt, Tony (SM) and Allen, who may I add is the sales manager of a different store (Boynton Beach). Burt and Tony were extremely helpful and professional in providing assistance in picking out our tile.
Allen went above and beyond and met me at their warehouse during non business hrs, and loaded up my SUV during a holiday weekend. Wow.

My family and I went to Capital Carpet & Tile on a Saturday afternoon to look for hardwood floors for our new home. There were two people working, a man and a women. When we entered the store I started browsing and my wife approached the desk area. The women seemed to be finishing-​up a sale with another customer and the man was on the phone. After trying to make eye contact for more than five-​minutes we walked out without a nod of acknowledgment.
