I ordered a decorator item. It didn’t work out and I wanted to send it back They are charging me a $ 100 restocking fee. Yolo contacted me as to why I wanted to send the item back and I told them that the item didn’t work out as I had intended, Yolo said they would not waive any of the fee stating that the description was complete. I don’t know anyone who will know whether or not something will work in their home until they see it in the home. I also had to pay $ 60 to ship the item to me in the first place. I thought a lot about the purchase before I made it even with the shipping fee and was hoping it would work in my home. The purchase was made through Houzz. Returning the item has been difficult as I have to work with Yolo and not Houzz. Yolo is very difficult to get ahold of on the phone or by email. I have been trying for 2 week to get the RMA # for the return.
