Chili’s Grill & Bar

I used to come here all the time when I was little and it was my favorite. They had the best traditional American food: mozzarella sticks, Cesar salad or pita… You name it! Their chocolate milkshake also used to be amazing. Recently they have changed the entire menu and after over 20 years of enjoying this place it ruined it for me. None of the dishes that I used to love are there anymore. It has turned into a more intense Tex-​Mex menu with everything having beans, guacamole, pico or chipotle. I was craving their Cesar salad but they don’t even have dressing. I went there today and it was empty. Back in the day it used to be packed every time. I hate to say this but I don’t think I’ll go back because it’s not the same place.

It’s a chain restaurant, so not much to say that you don’t already know. The food is super consistent between locations, so you always know what you are getting.
I think the best part is that they move to a tablet like thing on all the tables. So when you are done and want your bill, you just touch the screen to get your bill. They you can pay right there on the tablet. This solves a pet peeve of mine, which is trying to hunt down the waitstaff to bring you your bill when are you ready to leave. I wish all places would do this self pay thing, I think it is great.

I would say the service and food was alright … The girl took forever to ask me if I wanted a refill and to see if I wanted anything else. And the food was okay I ordered ribs they barely had meat on them it was more bone than anything it was ridiculous.

Been going here over 10 yrs. One of the worst Chilis on the planet for food quality and service. The West Boca location on State Rd 7 is 3 stars in my experiences.

Went about 6 months ago for a lunch with some friends. Total disaster. After ordering and then waiting about 20 minutes, my friend actually got up and went to the bar to get drinks and brought them back to the table. We actually cancelled all of our meals after waiting almost 50 minutes before they came out. Thought it was probably just a one-​off problem.
BUT, Met a friend today for lunch and this place was suggested and I thought I would give it another try. Literally cannot tell you the second disaster that ensued. Took about 30 minutes to get a drink. Appetizers took another 35 minutes. Wait staff has no idea what’s going on. Orders came out completely scrambled and wrong. Charged me for their own video system even though it was sitting on my table. Food was very mediocre. Have no problem with chain restaurants, but this one is just a disaster. Like I said, tried it twice. The second was worse than the first experience. Never again.

I ordered online and specified curbside pickup since I had been working on a landscaping project and felt a mess. I sat at the «Chili’s To Go» spot for several minutes and no one appeared. OK, no big deal I said — so I went inside — looking a mess. Stood at the bar without any acknowledgement for a few minutes though the bartender had time to wash glasses. Someone walked out from the kitchen and asked if I was picking up. In the meantime, another customer walked up and the bartender immediately helped her. OK, I know I wasn’t in prime form after working outside all day, but… Really? So, no tip — he didn’t earn one. But then, the food really, really stunk. I mean… it was awful. So, I admit maybe my mood isn’t great at time of writing, but for me to take the time to write this — the experience had to be pretty bad.

Friendly worker, FAST FAST food service, Great environment. But they sat us very close to the door, didn’t enjoy that.

We went on Valentine’s Day. We were seated right away. Our waiter was very nice and checked on us every few minutes. The food was so good! Great Valentine’s Day!

I’ve been to this Chili’s location a bunch of times the burgers and margaritas are always delicious

This is the absolute worst Chillis I have ever been to. The service is consistently bad and these new automated table top service machines are making the service worse.
I went in there last week with my boyfriend for a quick and easy dinner. Our server’s section wasn’t busy, and I do understand that they have to clean their own tables and bus their own food, however, it was not a busy evening. She took a very long time with our drinks, in her defense, the bar was busy. So that at least is understandable. She asked if we wanted anything to eat we said we needed a couple minutes and we waited a pretty decent amount of time for her to come back before I stopped her on her way to another table to say we were ready to order. We only put an order in for an appetizer, thinking she would come back and ask if we wanted to get anything more and she didn’t. After we are finished with our appetizer she finally took our order about 15 more minutes after we had already finished. After a long wait again our food came out. My boyfriends order was wrong, and my fajitas were cold. Usually they come out sizzling and bubbling and it was as if they have been sitting there literally for 30 minutes. Typically in the restaurant business when you get an order wrong you tell the kitchen to make it on the fly; that way the customer isn’t waiting forever and a day for their food that you messed up. His food was brought out by a manager over 25 minutes later, Who apologized for the inconvenience yet turned it around and made it about him; saying that is that this is the first time they let him out of the kitchen all day. After getting virtually no service after the food was brought out, we pressed the button on the screen to get our tab. Turns out she had left the original messed up order on the tab and while requesting her to sort this out, it took her an additional 20 minutes to get this worked out. Never in my life have I ever tipped so low, and to be honest, 100% felt that she shouldn’t have even gotten a tip. Considering I’ve worked in the restaurant and bar scene before, I am by no means a bad tipper. I understand that technology is making things a lot more convenient for people, but I’m not tipping a machine to do your job for you. I will never be returning to this chilis. I will go out of my way to drive to a more well-​managed location.

Typical busy night at Chili’s! Seated Quickly. Our server, Brendan, was ok. He only checked on us once. Got another waitress’ attention for drink refills & more tortillas. I ordered the steak & pork carnitas fajitas. My friend ordered the crispy chicken tacos.
My steak fajitas were tasty, a bit salty. I liked the jalapeño & onion toppings. The carnitas weren’t so flavorful. Kinda meh.
My friend wasn’t too happy with his tacos, not happy with the sauce.
The coolest thing at Chili’s is this table side Ziosk. You can play games, just know you’ll be charged .99 when you start pressing buttons. We got charged an Entertainment fee. I know it’s only .99 but there should be a note that you’ll be charged. You can also add more menu items or additional drinks without your waiter. So more technology into our dining experience.

Its a chili’s. Some are better than others but this one is the closest to my home so when the kids want chocolate lava cake this is where we go. I dont think we will give them anymore of our dinner business only for the fact everytime we do go we are seated promptly but then its all down hill. No silverware almost always have to ask for it. Then we are told our 2 servers that are working together and should be over shortly, that takes approx. 20 minutes. Then the order is usually goofed up approx 50% of the time so its a coin toss there. And finally we’ve had either dirty silverware or cups given to us. The most memorable was my daughters mac n cheese being served with a spoon and when she went to pull the spoon out to start eating it had chocolate all over it. They apologized and reordered the mac n cheese and didnt even have the decency to remove it from the bill.

Amazing server HORRIBLE manager. I usually come with over 10+ people and every time we go he gives us dirty looks as if he wished that we could be somewhere else and we can loudly hear him talking down to out server for any joke or anything he did with us. There have been a few issues with the check (I have no issue with that we are a large party and it does happen) but the manager always tells us that next time we came in we’d have to be separated as if we were being talked down to for giving a place business. I’ve never seen a server have to apologize for the managers mean comment BUT NOW I HAVE… our server was awesome and that’s why we keep coming back. We even request him because he’s extremely nice. Haven’t had issues with the food everything tastes great!

it’s chili’s what can i say? it will never be earth shattering amazing. i had the smokehouse bacon avocado sandwich with fries. the sandwich was tasty. served on pretzel bread. though, it was an avocado sandwich, there was only one piece of avocado. i barely noticed the bacon too. but the chicken was tender and moist. the fries were super dry. i didn’t really enjoy them. i bet this place would be more amazing if i drank!

Went in on Friday at 7:30 with a party of 6 and was sat immediately… awesome. Our server was fantastic today. I ordered the Presidente, Egg rolls, Cajun Chicken Pasta
and Buffalo Chicken Salad with my sister. The salad was pretty good. The Cajun Chicken pasta was pretty tasteless. The pasta was so dry (no sauce) and the garlic bread was cold.
Overall, love Chilis for the margaritas but the food at this location is iff-​y.

Nice place for a quick meal. Tried the beef enchiladas. Meat was a bit salty, but not so much that it was overpowering. Fast service, everthing was served in a timely manner with a friendly server. One of the few chain restaurants that I have no issues with.

I’m giving 2 stars solely based on the quality of the service, the food took a while, but tastes great! Sitting freezing on a Friday night with empty waters not a chip left in the chips and salsa, and did I mention freezing?! 2.5 stars. From someone who worked in the service industry for years.

Food is always good and staff is friendly.
Its best to go early as they get very busy and can take a while to get served.
We come here infrequently but its always a good experience.

What a mediocre chain!
First of all, Boca is full of pretentious douchebags, so the crowd was completely made up of exactly that: assholes who eat crappy food, even though they have the money to eat next door to the classy Italian restaurant (I can’t remember the name).
I ordered the steak with shrimp and mashed potatoes. Ugh, it was alright. What really pissed me off is that I ordered a cosmo (a $ 7 cosmo at a mediocre restaurant… a little overpriced) and it was absolutely HORRID. I mean cough syrup horrid. It was way too strong, and the after taste almost made me throw my dinner up. I left it untouched.
This is what you get when you decide to go to a chain restaurant. 99% of them are absolute bullshit.

Chili’s ist eine Reaturantkette in den Staaten.
Die meisten Läden sind mit einer Lounge ausgestattet, die neben mehreren Großbild-​Fernsehern (es laufen diverse Sport-​Events) auch einen klassischen Thekenbereich beinhalten. Rundherum angeordnet sind die Tische für die Gäste.
Ich esse dort immer den SOUTHERN SMOKEHOUSE BACON BURGER. Der ist schön groß (beim Handling ist es hilfreich, ihn vor dem Verzehr zu teilen) und sehr lecker. Selbst die Pommes Frites sind schön knusprig. Das Burger-​Fleisch wird übrigens nach Wunsch gebraten.
Qualitativ dürfte das schon die Schallgrenze für den Burger einer Gastrokette sein und pappsatt ist man danach allemal!
Da ich da nichts anderes esse kann ich nur was zum Burger sagen. Meine Begleitung hat sich bei den anderen Gerichten allerdings nie beklagt.
