I’ll start with this: I love Cole Haan shoes. They fit well, they survive all my travels, and abuses, and they look good for years… that being said, the staff at this particular store is less than helpful.
I paced the store for 20 minutes before I realized someone actually worked there. I wouldn’t have waited so long, but I needed a pair of shoes, and they had what I wanted.
I had to flag down the salesman, and ask him if he worked there, then had to coerce him into letting me try on some shoes.
I did end up buying a pair, and several pair of socks, but I’ll probably look for a different location next time.
