Couture Nails

I tried this place out as a reference from a sorority sister. I had heard other girls talk about the Artisan and Venetian salons, but the reviews were pretty mixed (mostly negative), so I decided to give Couture Nails a try. I walked in and the place was empty (11AM and storming out), so I was helped immediately. I asked for a Nexgen manicure, nervously, since I’ve only ever had regular paint manicures done before. I was really happy with the employee that worked on me (Sue). Not very talkative, but I think that was due to the fact that she didn’t speak much english. Still, she was really polite and did her best to make sure I liked what she was doing. She did any amazing job, took her time but didn’t take too long, and was very, very gentle when using all of her tools. My nails turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely making this my new «go to»! And the prices aren’t bad either! $ 35 for a Nexgen manicure and $ 25 for refills. Give this place a try!!!

Walked in on a Sunday after brunch. There was a bad thunderstorm moving in, I had to get to Publix, and needed to kill time for the storm to pass.
Was immediately greeted and seated. The tech was through and polite. I had damaged a toenail while running on the beach, and it was so painful! The tech cut the nail and right away the pressure was gone!

My nails came out amazing. Anna did a great job and she was so sweet. Staff very friendly. I’ll be back.

Best nail place I’ve ever gone to, everyone is friendly. They do perfect designs, and there polish is always the latest colors. Nails usually last up to three weeks with them highly recommend. Plus it’s very convenient because I shop at the Publix next-​door!

Oh boy, I really don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but the truth must be told. My original review was written in May of 14 and I gave them a solid four star rating. Today, with a heavy heart, I am reducing the stars to only two. And believe me, I am being generous with the second star.
Sometimes I can’t always get to my favorite nail salon, so once in a while I stop in here. I work down the road which makes this place super convenient. We all know that I am super picky, but cleanliness (or lack of) is a non-​negotiable deal-​breaker for me.
I have no idea what happened here. The salon used to be immaculate but now it’s a big hot mess. Yes I said hot, because their A/​C is horrible. My last three visits went from messy to dirty and when they reached the disgusting level, I walked out and never looked back.
On my last visit, I noticed quite a few pedicure stations were left dirty after the clients left. Instead of immediately cleaning the basins, I sat and watched the two nail techs go sit in other empty pedicure chairs and play on their tablets.
Meanwhile dirty towels were on the floor and a few of those disposable pedicure slip-​ons were randomly thrown about. It was obvious that not one employee seemed to care. If they did, they would have, I don’t know, maybe cleaned up???
I can not recommend this place anymore. It’s dirty and the employees don’t care. That says volumes to me. Why the two stars? One star is because parking is a breeze and the second star is because the prices are dirt cheap. We all know you get what you pay for, so if your thing is to pay dirt cheap prices, come here because you will be sitting in a dirty salon.

Very friendly staff and had several technicians ready to work on nails for my friend and Me. We didn’t have appointments but had no wait on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

Very pleased with this nail salon I’m pretty fussy and I felt it was clean Jasmin nail tech does a great job!

I’m in love with Annie… she is hands down one of the best nail technicians I have ever been to in my life and I’m no spring chicken ;-).
It’s not the closest salon to my house, but the extra 5 – 10 min drive is so worth it. Love their color selection and the salon is clean.

Super clean place, when you get a pedicure they put a plastic trash bag in the little tub which shows how clean the place is… Awesome job at both acrylics and pedicures. Lots of nail colors to choose from and very reasonably pricy for Boca. Update: after going to a few people here I’ve decided Julie is the best for acrylics… And also recently for my eyebrows waxed here and couldn’t be more happy with them especially have a terrible experience at another nail place in the area

I had been coming to this place for about 8 months, and it was because they did more gentle manicures and fills than most places. This last time I came home with cuts all around my nails from the guy DIGGING his nails (which were dirty) into me in order to separate my skin from the sloppy acrylic job he did. Needless to say OWWWW my fingers are still burning, I didn’t know I needed recovery time after a fill. Not to mention it took 4 times and a different person for a simple design. Sloppy all around. Finished with this salon.

Super friendly staff that care about their clients. This place is super clean, the service is fast and my nails never looked better. Tony gives the BEST pedicure in Boca — I promise!

i just got my mani& pedi 2 days ago, and i love it much. The shop is clean, and the nail techs are so friendly and professional. i had the plastic bag for my pedi, and they added more sugar scrub without paying more money. this place will be my favorite from now on.

Salon is very clean, massage chairs were high quality. Service was wonderful. The staff here are respectful, courteous and extremely polite. They speak English as well. I would definitely recommend this salon. I’ve had some scary experiences with nail salons and this was a breath of fresh air.

This place is terrible. It’s like a fast food drive through with no care in the world of what the job looks like. It’s embarrassing what your nails look like after. What a waste of money.

Super friendly, accommodating, clean and they do a wonderful job! I always get a gel manicure and pedicure. Oh, and they know how to speak English which is a big plus in my book!

I have been going to this salon for the past 7 years. The previous owners were ok but the couture nails owners are spectacular. If you’re a repeat customer they will treat you like old friends and the girls are so fun to talk to. I’d recommend calling in for an appointment before walking in because you never know when they’ll be busy and I suggest asking for Megan or Tammy they’re my two faves! Btw, who cares about décor when the finished product is flawless?

I agree with the previous review that the décor is very dingy and does not reflect the name at all. The salon is very dark and the employees all look miserable. The lady that did my manicure was somewhat friendly however the male nail technician was rigid and looked like a drill Sergeant. I had my daughter with me and asked to use the restroom and he responded by telling me I need to make sure that the «Kid» does not make a mess in the bathroom. Who says that to a customer, especially that my daughter is 10 years old. Then he followed us to the bathroom and circled the area until we left. By the looks of some of the people in there is seems like they need a security guard instead of male nail technician pushing woman customers around. This is a very shady place and I would think twice before entering.

While on an extended stay in the Boca Raton area, I visited this shop. Although the name is Couture Nails, the décor doesn’t reflect this. But this shop is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I got an expert pedicure and had fills done on my pink and white nails. I was very pleased with the services I received. If I’m back here again, I will definitely return, and I recommend them to anyone living in this area of Florida.
