I wish there was a no star option. I brought my son in for a bar mitzvah outfit and after waiting for 20 minutes to be served, I was finally shown their selection. There were a couple of nice items which he tried on. We got to the counter to purchase them and the line took forever. We eventually just walked out and straight to Macy’s where we got something much nicer for a much better price. Their staff at Denny’s is rude and unprofessional. And their return policy is not clearly stated. Thanks for making it hard for us to shop there. We will never go back. Anywhere but Denny’s.

Just got back from SERIOUS shopping at Denny’s last night. I just moved here Seattle and I am blown away by the place and the gang that run it. I arrived 5 minutes from closing, and explained I had just moved, and kind of needed EVERYTHING, as my kids stuff was in a 40ft container on a trailer somewhere between Seattle & Boca Raton! The manager literally put down what she was doing and helped me select, and most importantly, not forget everything. I was the last person in the store, and by then, some of the other girls joined in… it was like have 4 personal shoppers. So big thank you to the team at Denny’s, you saved me, and my boys are so happy and looking cool at their new school. One comment… Why don’t you guys open in Seattle? My friends would love Denny’s Kids. I don’t normally write reviews, but you guys went so far out of your way to help, I had to say THANK YOU.

This store has the largest selection of children’s and junior clothing I have seen. There is such a variety of merchandise and various prices as well.
The staff were helpful and I bought gifts and they offer free gift wrap with adorable leopard and camo tissue paper. I even bought myself some great stuff in their junior dept, how great to be able to shop in a kids store.

Cute clothes but the staff is usually very rude. I have shopped there twice now and probably won’t go back based on the behavior of their staff. Girls at the check out not very friendly, usually act/sound very annoyed, have a bit of an attitude. It was busy one day and they seemed so agitated. The way I heard them speak to some customers including myself spending a lot of $ was off putting. They always just seem annoyed that we are all there shopping, spending money… can you imagine?! My mother was snapped at by one of the workers last time we were there, last straw… I will go to Nordstorms, etc. instead for my son, same stuff, nicer customer service.

I received an outfit as a gift from this store. With the tags still attached and the clothing clearly unworn, they would not take back the garment for a store credit. They said the item was from «last season» which doesn’t make sense since it was purchased two months ago. Obviously they just didn’t want to take it back. I was prepared to do other shopping too so not only did they lose on a potential bigger sale but they also lost a customer. I’m happy to expose their unethical horrible customer service to ward off others from shopping at this overpriced chain too. I’d suggest going to Nordstrom or Bloomingdales instead. They have the exact same stuff and a far more honorable exchange policy.

This store is good for a few one of a kind pieces of kids clothing but other than that its overpriced and full of gear you can find elsewhere. Funny that a previous reviewer mentioned the store’s smell cause the first thing my 2 year old said when we walked in was «it smells». Prices aren’t clearly marked on most of the items which is most annoying. Gave it 2 stars vs 1 cause of the few unique items they have.

I’ve heard from several fashionable peeps that Denny’s is a great place to shop for kid’s clothes… and it happens to be conveniently located down the street from my parent’s house. My mom was underwhelmed on previous visits, but agreed to stop in again with me over this past weekend.
Turns out my mom was right cause I found the selection at Denny’s Kids to be just A-OK. It’s one of those places where you really need to pick thru the racks, which I used to enjoy before websites like Gilt Groupe and Rue-la-la made it easier to find a good deal.
I did spot a few cute splendid and ella moss outfits for the lil one that were 20% off (actually the whole store seemed to be 20% off), but I’ve seen them at Neimans and online for even less than that.
My mom also pointed out that the store has a very similar odor to Sears, which can ruin any pleasant shopping experience. I may stop in again during future visits to Boca, but like mom I was overly impressed with Denny’s.
