Yikes. There is some pretty poor customer service here. They didn’t offer the service that I needed, but said one a few miles away could do it. That’s fine, but I also pointed out that some locations close at 2PM. He said he «guaranteed» that no places close at 2. Except he was very very wrong. Some locations are closed or DO close at 2, such as the location on Camino Real in Boca. I guess I should have known what to expect here when the lady in front of us was also getting hassled…
Skip this location, unless you like getting mocked by the staff. There are plenty of other office supply and shipping places around that won’t treat you like this.

Really good customer service.
Had to get a rush overnight package out right away.
I don’t undertand the difference between Fedex and UPS, but I can tell you, with no reservation, this Fedex branch, is hands down better than dealing with the Deerfield UPS, my experience there was like a trip to the DMV.
Not the drivers or delivery, they are great.
But the official UPS employees handling the package pickup facility, it’s just like the DMV.
