Such a stellar experience here! My sister and I gave my mom a family photo shoot at Forever Studios for her 70^th birthday and she still says it was her favorite gift of all time! Our experience was excellent from start to finish. We booked the date easily, arrived at the studio and had an absolute blast having our pictures taken by a professional photographer. He was very patient while we struck tons of different poses in pairs, trios, singles, the whole family. No-​pressure environment. Freedom to do whatever we wanted –to be silly, giggly, professional, whatever! My mom loved spending time with her kids during the shoot and the pictures came out awesome! Links came through in a matter of days, exactly as promised. Prints too. If anything, we took too long deciding which to choose. So many good ones! Now all of us have our favorite prints framed in our homes. And I walked away with great shots for my business and dating life. All super easy in Boca, baby!

After a somewhat difficult situation with this company’s sister company, I was contacted by one of the owner/​managers who was empathetic and sincerely tried to make amends for the complications that arose with our order.
Mistakes happen, but honest communication is key when it does.
It was very much appreciated and hence I would recommend using this company in the future.

I have no idea who would have given this business any stars but I wouldn’t give them 1 star! I took my daughter here for 1^st birthday photos. I was told I would get a link to view the photos in 3 days. I got nothing. I called a few times, nothing! Finally, a month later I get a link. I view 20 photos out of the 100+ photos taken! The 20 I get have her head cut off, her birthday dress is not visible in them, there is a power outlet behind her in the photos! Customer service was uncaring and they don’t even attempt to make things right! You get what you get and if the pictures are terrible too bad!

Hired them to do some genealogical research on my family and they used my home movies to make an amazing biography. My family was overwhelmed with the quality. Amazing work these guys do.
