Overpriced, cheaply upgraded, and canine feces everywhere are the first few thoughts that come to mind. My family and I lived here for almost a year. Multiple maintenance issues including possibly the worst clothes washing machine and dryer on the market. Many of our clothes were torn to shreds. The common grass areas are studded with piles of dog poo. In general there is a lack of pride of ownership here because it is a heavy rental area with a cheap get-​in price (little deposit). Noisy tenants, extremely tight spaces, and radios early in the morning with a severe lack of parking with garages that WILL NOT Fit an SUV are other factors that rank this complex very low. Beware: you will get nickel and dimed on move-​out so even if the security deposit is low on move-​in, the Gables folks will find some way to squeeze you. In our case, the carpets were picked up and a few scant pee stains from a small dog led to a request to replace the entire area of carpet. BEWARE.
