I actually love Bendel. It reminds me of the store in New York on Fifth Avenue. Lots of pretty sparkly things at less than designer costs. I warn you it’s not for everybody but it’s definitely for me for me.

Not a very knowledgeable staff on the products. I went to the store looking for a new tote for the First Lady. I name dropped, calling the bag by it’s given name on the website. This approach received blank stares. Next I tried to describe the appearance of the bag. As a not so fashionable man, this approach quickly escalated to a game of charades meets password. Several dozen minutes later I remembered I could just show them a picture on my phone.(I know. Duh move Shawn). They didn’t have the bag in stock but as expected could order and have it shipped to the store. In sum they are not knowledgeable about the product and I’m generally the last picked on game night, but the employees at the store are very friendly!!!

I shopped for the first time in this«luxury» retailer last year and 100% completely dissatisfied with the products and company policy and procedures. Spent well over $ 200 and ring oxidized within a week of use. I totally forgot about ring and it had past the 30 day return period so they exchanged the ring and I bough another one more expensive and paid the difference. The exact same thing happened so I went to return it right away only I be told that customer care said I couldn’t. So basically the company is aware they sell cheap quality over priced made in china products therefore no customer care. I was basically told too bad its my fault my body didnt react well to their crap jewelry and I had to keep the ring that was all plated and in two weeks you could see it peeling. This just goes to show why some retailers will not be around long and customers are fed up with no customer service. Your goal should be to make customers satisfied and want to make future purchases but not this company.
