Joe & Mario’s Barber Shop

I have been here before as it is close by but always just okay haircut. I have an easy haircut so no big deal. Went yesterday and everyone was busy. I waited for the next person. Then a customer they knew well came in and took them first. No credit cards and they obviously don’t care about all customers. Go someplace else.

I lived in Miami and recently moved to Boca Raton. I asked for a fade and they ended up giving me a soup bowl cut. The people there are really nice and sweet but the person who cut my hair didn’t do a good job. They should not advertise fades on their window.

This is the kind of business that does not accept credit card, and I like to decide for my haircut and you do not an employee, I will not go back

I was surprised when my old barber went out of business, NAND searched Unilocal to find a replacement. It was my luck to find Leah at Joe & Mario’s Barber Shop. I’m an older guy with a balding pâté, so my cut should be simple. I’ve discovered, however, that I can easily look like Bozo the clown if the wrong barber does my hair. Leah used scissors, not a clipper, and did a great job shaping and trimming my cut. I was really pleased and will definitely be returning to Leah for my next cut.

For those of you guys who go to Supercuts and roll the dice, or worse yet have your spouse cut your hair, this is the place to go.
Before moving to Florida, I had the same lady cutting my hair for several years and I was constantly on the lookout for a good barbershop that I could go to.
One day I was in this strip mall and I found what I was looking for. This place is your stereotypical barbershop with no less than 4 people cutting hair at any given time.
In addition to a hair cut, you can get a hand massage while you are getting your hair cut and you can get a hot foamy shave with a straight razor.
My favorite part is that they also do appointments, which is great for my busy lifestyle. I high recommend Lenny if making an appointment.
