As we all are aware Mac can be a bit pricey when it comes to their brushes. Their prices can range from 30 all the way up to around $ 50 and for this type of money you expect the quality brush however that’s not what you get. The saying you get what you pay for does not exist when it comes to the Mac make up brushes, save your money and buy a cheaper brush that’s going to do the same job because when they brush break their return policy suck.

Unless you look like you have money… good luck getting assistance. I don’t always dress up when I just want to run in and out of the mall to pick up something. Almost every single time I go in there, it’s near impossible to get someone to help me. Today for example I was standing around waiting for someone to notice me, then the cashier seemed like she did and I asked for help. She began walking out from behind the counter and as she was walking, another «done up» lady asked her to come over for help and the cashier walked right around me and left me standing there. I always end up at the MAC counter in Macy’s since everyone is always helpful and nice at that one. I’m not going to waste my time going to the standalone store anymore.

I have been using MAC for 13 ish years and I love MAC! The staff was super helpful even though there was a full blown event fm going on in full force! It was wicked busy yet they were still getting to every customer in a super reasonable amount of time. I swear I never leave this store without spending more than I intended but you get such an amazing, reliable, and consistent product. The store is a bit small and it definitely feels like the old location around the corner from the current one is fairly larger, this one still gets the job done. I always leave a happy customer! (Except when I forget my empties at home… that I wanted to recycle and cash in for some shadows and glosses! Grrrrr)

The make up artists are just completely rude. Hire a completely new staff, except the perfectly tanned gay guy. He’s fantastc. I got judgemental stares as I walked into the store. Don’t be rude to the purchasing customer. (Myself) I’ve been buying from MAC for years… I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. I will not be returning to this location.

Happened to need some MAC supplies and was in the nearby Macy’s (they also sell MAC but don’t have a huge selection). Easy to pop over to MAC from Macy’s without venturing too much further into the ginormous Town Center mall.
Nice staff, busy store, everything I wanted was here.
