Tatiana was very respectful of my diet of no carbs. She was polite and very very pleasant. Probably one of the best workers I have seen at this establishment.

Went for a Big Mac and. It was awful. The sauce was slopped all over and they left out the tomatoes.
All the tables were dirty and the staff were yelling at each other in Spanish. I was the only customer and it took long to get my order.
Never have trouble at other McDonalds and they are clean with attentive staffers.
I plan to return never.

Just plain terrible I’ve never been to any mcdonalds that just consistently fails at everything it does with all the secret shoppers in the industry they clearly have never made it to this mcdonalds how is this location still open constant terrible food ghetto service isn’t properly managed and nothing works from burgers down to ice cream down to sodas I find it physically impossible to not leave this location upset take these reviews seriously because all are accurate in one way or the other fire this staff and start fresh point blank period!

This McDonalds has an easy drive thru, fast in and out off Yamato Rd in Boca. The latte is better than Starbucks at a much lower price point.
I’ve even heard they’re opening up McCafe shops in Canada just selling coffee to compete with Starbucks and Tim Hortons.
I enjoy a hot latte with a little bit of vanilla syrup in the mornings before work. Try it you’ll like it!

Worst McDonald’s ever, we stopped by on our way to the air port and staff was slow, dense and missing verbal skills.
Coffee not ready, only took cash and had no receipt. We ordered a hot tea and two sausage mc muffins that took 13 min and we were the only people in line.
What a shame, your hire cheap and get crap !

I have avoided this location for a very long time but I wanted McDonald’s and my friend wanted Wendy’s. The two stores are right across the street from each other. The regret sinks in as I walk through the doors every time. The attitude of the staff here is so lousy and depressing. The smell inside is nauseating. I always notice the cockroach antennae sticking out from the outlets attached to the island and stool area. The order is always screwed up and the staff pretends not to notice you. Plus yesterday when I told them they got it wrong they started arguing with each other. I told them I don’t care who’s fault it was, just make it right. Never again.

Came in for ice cream and ordered three Twix McFlurries. The worker mixed the first one by hand and when I asked if the mixing machine was broken the manager came over. She said they did use the machine. I watched the girl stir them with her hand, not the machine. After that, the worker and the manager started yipping back and forth in creole. I CAN’T STAND THAT! when we got to our seats and went to eat them, the McFlurries were only ¾ full. Grrr, I didnt even bother going up to complain about that too…
Oh, and they keep it like 40 degrees in there too. Brrr

I CHOKED on a large piece of a plastic bag they dropped in a snack wrap!!! This place is run like Crap. It is usually messy around the soda machines. There is no Iced Tea tubs by the soda so every time you want a refill you have to wait and wait by the Register

Just got ignored at the drive through for like 10 minutes, walked in, the were are very rude, they pretty much just threw food at customers.

Isn’t McDonald’s meant to be fast food? And doesn’t «drive-​thru» mean instantaneous food, even more so than just going inside a fast food joint to place your order? Yet we sat in line at the drive-​thru at least 5 minutes while the 2 cars in front of us waited for their meal and the whole line got backed up. The cashier kept peering out the window waiting to charge the car behind us but couldn’t because we could not advance. This is not how you conduct business in a drive-​thru. If the item is not ready, the employee should ask the car to pull over to the front entrance and wait until another employee can come to the door and deliver their food, rather than just sitting at the window and holding up the line, especially when some of the people (like us) just needed a soda, which takes seconds to provide. This is how Pollo Tropical runs their drive-​thru, and it works.

I will never go to this location again. I just sat in line for 15 minutes only to get to the window to find out that they only accept cash. The last time I went, I watched an employee stick the spout of a nasty ice bucket into my coffee instead of getting ice the regular way. This place is terrible.

Horrible experience.
Placed an order at about one am, had zero cars in front of me and still had to wait for five minutes before they took my order. Then had to wait twelve minutes for my food to be ready, I only had two BLTs. And by the time the food was ready they told me that they did not have tomatoes… BLT without tomatoes is not a BLT. I told the girl that its fine but I want one sandwich free for the missing ingredients and for the long wait. I got a free $ 1 double lol. This place sucks!

No matter what this McDonald’s always gets my coffee wrong! I order a hot caramel mocha, they try to hand me and iced caramel mocha… I order a iced caramel mocha, they insist on giving me a hot caramel mocha. Always making my morning stressful.
