I believe NIU is a scam… They create claim policies that are nearly impossible to adhere to and when you do follow they ignore there own policies. They should receive zero stars and reported to the BBB. I smell a class action lawsuit in the future.

I purchased a tire and wheel road hazard protection policy. In accordance with the instructions contained within the policy, I have attempted to cancel this policy and obtain a refund. NIU refuses to answer any of my letters. I’d give negative stars, if I could.
