Wonderful concept with great execution. Owner Eduardo is a magnet for good people and good karma. Great instructors and many fun classes to choose from. Dance, yoga, crosstraining and more. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place to go and work out! I have never done circuit training before and was afraid to walk in the door! I called and learned the first class was only $ 1. The girl on the phone was so friendly and inviting! So I decided to give it a try!
I was nervous my first class but the trainer made me feel comfortable immediately! Although there were other people in the class, the personal attention feels like I have my own personal trainer! He never stops moving around the room, watching and correcting my form in a positive, encouraging manner! The owner is present every day and works out with us! His vision is to «Make a Difference», not only within yourself but also within your community.
You have to try this place! I was hooked after my first class! I went from someone afraid to walk in the door, to someone who goes almost everyday!
You will not be disappointed… Movement is great for all levels of experience!

I just started going to /​/​Movement two weeks ago, and I was addicted after the first class! It’s a great workout, lots of fun, amazing trainers and everyone I’ve met has been so nice. I leave the class feeling proud, motivated and accomplished… and, very, very sweaty! :) I love waking up the next morning feeling sore from the workouts, and I anticipate what exercises we’ll be doing at the next class… always a different routine and constantly challenging your body. I won’t sit here and tell you all the details of it — you just have to come check it out and see for yourself :) Actions speak louder than words… and I promise you, once you start moving, you won’t want to stop! First class is only a dollar… so come check it out!

Workout for the body and the soul. Great place to get/​stay in shape and at the same time support causes in your community. Go and check it out, the first class is 1dollar and you give it to a robot who reminds you how to become more human.
