I was in the area so I decided to stop in here last night. All I can say is that I will not be returning to this store. The store is sloppy & disorganized. I found the sales associates to be rude & obnoxious. I love shopping at Old Navy but this store is a nightmare.

I normally don’t write about some of these stores, but the service by the staff here is what was exceptional to me. The staff was attentive to my needs, and answered any questions I had. They weren’t pushy like some other associates would be, especially at the register when they ask if you would like to sign up for their credit card. The associate Manny, is who stood out from the rest. He really went out of his way to help me out. I’ll be making at least another stop while I’m still in town.

Although the new location is big and new and organized, it’s still a bit inconvenient. It was easier being located in the Town Center Mall (not too mention a whole lot closer to home). The new location tool over the old Borders book store but it sure seems a lot larger.
This Old Navy store has all those same inexpensive clothes and all those incredibly priced sale items. And they have a section for everyone (men, women, kids, athletics, jewelry and I could have sworn I saw a pets area).
