Papa John’s Pizza

Employee named Michelle was extremely rude and she definitely needs a talk from her supervisors. Horrible customer service.

I should not even give one star at all. I am totally unsatisfied with the service. Couple days ago, i ordered a pizza for delivery to my boyfriend who was remodeling a client’s house because his card got canceled. So i ordered it for him. I was literally on the phone for 30 minutes trying to give them the right address and the girl, kelly or whatever her name is, was not able to get it right, she asked me to repeat it like thousand times, making the whole process difficult and stressful. She kept asking me where the major intersection was and what the neighborhood name was and tons of other questions. Then she finally handed the phone to a manager and when I told him the address, he just got it in one shot. Are you fucking kidding me. He offered to give me a free pizza for inconvenience, which was sweet, but watch what happens next. I ordered that pizza around 1:40 p.m. My boyfriend told the owner of the house to call the gate so the gate officer lets the pizza guy in. The freaking pizza guy with no experience what-​so-​ever, he didn’t know what to say to the gate officer and got rejected, and left the place!!! Wtf??? Then he calls me, saying that he couldnt get in and he left already and he is going to go back if my boyfriend comes out of the neighborhood. He was super rude to me. My boyfriend walked out so i called the pizza guy but he never answered my phone call. What do you know? He never came! So i called the papa johns place and complained and they kept telling me that the pizza guy went but could not get in!!! Are you serious? It has been 2 hours that my boyfriend has been starving to eat that pizza! Kelly kept asking me for the owner of the house number because she did not want to deal with my complaints! I told kelly that The owner of the house called the front gate again and she told the pizza guy to go back, and he finally fucking got in the gate. What a fucking idiot, you could have been there two hours ago. Yea so my boyfriend got his pizza, he felt bad for the pizza guy so he still tipped him 5 $, even though we are completely unsatisfied with the service; when the guy left, he opened the pizza and it was a completely different order! He is allergic to sausage! I ordered a chicken pizza! plus, the pizza was cold. Never again ordering from papa johns. Horrible customer service.

Their pizza was great, we always get the bbq chicken pizza, we always place our orders online for carryout and pay online as well.

Very rude… they don’t know the meaning of customer service at all. Their pizza is the same as any other papa johns but the service is horrid!
