If it would let me, I would give this place ZERO STARS. This may be the most awful company ever.
They sent the wrong guys to my house to install my drain, and instead of saying they were the wrong ones they simply «did their best» and RUINED my patio, possibly damaging the foundation to my home, and the drain wasn’t even installed correctly!
I called 3 times before I was able to speak to someone about my complaint, and they assured me the right people would be sent out on Monday… but that didn’t happen. I had to call and leave messages and call again before speaking to someone on Wednesday, and that person was RUDE. Telling me the crew would come by when it was convenient for them? Are you serious?!
They still haven’t come. Our phone calls still haven’t been answered.
Oh. And they hadn’t cashed our check yet, but they did the day I called to complain the first time. Shady as hell.
I am utterly disgusted.
