Incredible!!! Beautiful place, friendly staff, awesome deserts. Ultimate Bana Split is a symphony of goodness. Don’t miss the Frozen hot chocolate either.

Best desserts in all of Boca! Super cute atmosphere like the one in NYC. The Frozen Hot Chocolate is beyond amazing!!! Seriously one of the best desserts I have ever had. Make sure to split it because it is so huge! The staff there is so wonderful! Michael is the best! I’ve had the cheeseburger there too and it was great. If you are staying at the Boca Resort, YOUMUST go to sweet Serendipity! Lots of unique gifts too.

I used to work at serendipity, and I loved my Co workers but the management is absolutely horrible, staff are harassed and over looked. And as you will see via the pictures posted, they do not keep their meats to temperature when sitting in the cooler. The sandwiches will sit in the cooler at 70+ degrees from 11am — 10pm and will not be rotated all day unless sold. Than they will be wrapped and re sold the next day. I am giving this information out because I loved my regulars and the members at this resort and I know many of them were getting sick because of this lack of management. Our turbochef ran all day everyday without a filter for over 9 months. Nothing is dated. I will try to post my videos of the back stock room. Which have a colony of fruit flies living in the stock room, where the serendipity works are forced to use the dry goods that these flies are seen landing on and flying around. The back cage also has a roach infestation, which I have videos of also. Like I said, this comment is warning those who go to serendipity and won’t be able to see behind the scenes. Management has been told for many months about these health issues but decide not to do anything about it. I’m leaving this comment because I do not believe people should risk their health while on vacation, or ever for that matter.

Inside a resort, so everything is over priced. BUT they have kronuts!(Croissant and doughnut cross over)

I stopped in to Serendipity while visiting the hotel for dinner, and was rather disappointed with the offerings here. I’m really not sure what this place is trying to be — I guess it’s going for selling pastries and desserts, but they only have about four or five options. I actually went here with the intention of buying a dessert, but both my partner and I saw nothing that we want to eat, which really isn’t a good sign for this place. The prices are also unnecessarily high for what they’re selling. Ended up not buying anything. They also sell board games and other stuff like that, so not sure if this is the gift shop as well as a food place? If you’re in the hotel, there’s nothing against just stopping in because it’s a very small location, but I wouldn’t seek it out.

Cute and cozy restaurant. Nicely decorated, looks like a little girls playroom with pink wallpapers and fairy tale themed decorations. There is another room where you can eat, with bigger size tables, a fountain and western style decorations. Nice ambiance. Also has Several TVs by the lounge sofa where you can relax and watch a game or the news. Would be a perfect place to host birthday parties, family dinner, or just get coffee and relax . Food is of course expensive. I got a ham and cheese breakfast croissant that was premade, I was happy that they warned it for me and the croissant was crunchy. My husband got a bagel with cream cheese, and it costed 4 dollars; he complained that he still had to toast the bagel and spread the cream cheese himself after paying so much for a bagel. He should’ve gotten some other croissant sandwich for couple dollars more. We got large coffee because the small size was already 4 dollars and the size up didn’t cost much more. Coffee was good tho. Definitely try their frozen hot chocolate

So wanted quick healthy lunch, and they have«make ur own salad» station. Greens r free, and add a scoop of protein 5 $. I tried greek scoop w feta and salmon. It was satisfying and filling for 10 $, much better then their pre-packed salads!

Meh. I stayed at the Boca Raton Resort and had lunch here. Sadly, it was the least expensive meal you could find in this über-expensive resort. The pastrami-corned beef«New Yorker» sandwich was meh and definitely NOT New York quality.(It was almost send-back-able as it was way overcooked, but the line was so long, it’d take forever to get your food again). The key lime pie dessert was good but not what I would have expected for«Florida-quality.» Overall, if you’re looking for the least expensive meal on the resort, go here, but don’t get your hopes up.

Really good food here, beats paying a million dollars around the corner for tiny tapas. Try the chicken noodle soup with a sandwich.

If you are in the Boca Raton Resort and are in the mood for a light snack or dessert, you will definitely love this place. The Frrrozen Hot Chocolate($ 9.50) was really interesting and large enough to be enjoyed by two people. It is definitely not hot and really does taste like frozen hot chocolate. The Giant Foot long Hot Dog($ 11) was probably the largest hot dog I have ever had in my life and definitely large enough for two people was very tasty if you like the NY style of hot dogs, which I do. There are tons of dessert options and drinks here and the decorations are really nice as you truly feel like you are sitting in a NYC ice cream parlor in the middle of Boca Raton.

Frozen hot chocolate is out of this world. You have to try it! Root beer floats are also amazing here, best ever. Definitely treat yourself while you’re in Boca, it’s worth it!

Ice cream– awesome. Tons of choices for toppings and combinations of flavors. Sandwiches– decent but nothing to make a special trip for. Service– counter service is slow and they seemed a bit understaffed. Also there were a jillion kids just literally running wild. There isn’t enough seating in the store proper so it overflowed into the area around the fountain. Kids climbing all over said fountain… Not my idea of good parenting. But I digress. If you have little peeps in tow on vacation at the awesome Boca Beach Club, check this place out as a fun pit stop. The ice cream is worth it.

A really fun place. The main room has a nostalgic feel that makes me feel like a kid again. Right next door is the family room that has tv’s for the kids and computers and then connects to a lovely outdoor sitting area. The food was delicious. They had great salad options that you could pick your portion size and mix in different types. The ice cream creations were delicious and there was a great candy selection. The only drawbacks were the price and serving sizes. The prices are understandable at a high end resort. I would have appreciated smaller portion options. One of our items was a two scoop bowl of ice cream, which was actually more like four or five scoops. We ended up throwing most of it away. Still a fun place to visit.

I take some of the things back. They do make a great Yogurt bowl. Still not 4 stars, more like 3.5. Please bring back the expanded menu!

Yes, same thing just happened to me! I just called them and they were nasty and rude and said call another location because they were too busy to take my call.

The frozen hot chocolate is a must! However, if they are slightly busy you may get it in a to-go cup because«they ran out of the glass bowls.» But somehow when we mentioned the to go cup looked a bit smaller than the regular menu order, and after telling us they ran out of glass bowls, our server brought one to our table to show us that our to-go cup size will fit just fine in the glass bowl, hmmmm… Interesting how you can’t get here without access to the Boca Raton Resort & Spa. Glad we had a friend staying here…

Frozen hot chocolate(I got the single portion because I went by myself; the drink was so good, very sweet, the texture was nice and I love the soupy portion on the bottom of the dish; I feel like I can make this at hope but I think it was worth the $ 9) Dark roast coffee(omg, yum! this was a great deal for $ 3.20, the brew was so rich and dark and I got a large cup for that price! awesome and so much more worth it than Starbucks) I loved sitting at the counter here and having my drink; the service was pretty good and the ambience is totally different from that of NYC’s Serendipity 3, I feel like this had a diner feel to it with the booths, counter and décor whereas the NYC location is more café and stylish, regardless, it was still good

Visited while staying at the hotel. This little diner shop was so cute. Going in there just makes you have this happy feeling. Decorated with all the colors of the rainbow… The kind of place you know you are going to get something sweet, like a candy shop. It’s a diner but it has a candy shop feel to it. When I entered I instantly craved something sweet so I had the banana split… it was a dream… my favorite ice cream… it made my stay at the hotel so much better! I tried it the last day I was there, wish I had gone before I definitely would have tried other things on their menu.
