Great neighborhood pizza place. The staff is always very friendly. Sometimes I’m in there late, usually just have a beer or appetizer, and I never feel they are rushing me out because they are closing soon. The bartender chick was cool. Their food is good. I love the Sicilian salad. Peroni on draft is a plus. decent pizza as well.

Came here for a group lunch on a weekday and was very pleased with the experience. The atmosphere /location of the restaurant is welcoming. As for the food, very good. The pizzas were yummy, pastas hit the mark, and the service was on point. Definitely recommend this place!

Solid little pizza joint located in Boca next to the Publix Greenwise market. I had this place bookmarked from reading some fellow Unilocal’r reviews and had to check it out. Coming off Glades south on St Andrews my GPS was telling me it was ahead on the right which was a bust because that’s all residential. I quickly looked left and happened to see it on the sign near CVS and was able to get back across to turn in. It’s sort of behind CVS and next to Publix on the west side. I arrived right at noon and I think there were more workers than customers so I don’t know when the rush hits. They have a really nice looking large bar but I wanted to catch up on the news on my tablet so I skipped the small talk and grabbed a table. Very clean, modern and open dining room. The waiter came over right away and took a drink order and went over the menu. I spent some time trying to figure out how to order what I wanted so it took a remedial menu review to get that done but was pretty simple after all. I went with the«The Popeye» which is spinach and mushrooms and topped with a blend of four cheeses. If you order off the lunch menu it also includes a small salad at n/c which I always love with my pizza anyway so this was a nice treat. Pizza took about 10 – 12 minutes to come out and was placed on the small stand on the table. The waiter offered and served up my first slice. I sprinkled it with a few red pepper flakes but it was pretty tasty on it’s own. I managed to get down 3 slices and had to take the other 4 – 5 home. Would definitely go back, maybe sit at the bar for a happy hour or sporting event and try something else.

Enjoyed the wood fire pizza… well made crust, fresh ingredients and tasty sauce. Served very hot & quick. One of the better ones in the area. Roasted peppers on the pizza taste really good. Customer service was great. Server was very attentive and friendly. Only complaint was the pizza was slightly greesy. Their version of garlic crostini was nothing to shout about.

A version of Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza with smaller pies, not as impressive salads. However, in a pinch and if the line at Anthony’s is too long, it is decent place to grab a bite. The issue with Tuscan, is that I sat there the entire time comparing it to Anthony’s. Literally sitting there saying to myself.“their meatball and ricotta pizza is good, but not as good as Anthony’s.” Specifically, it was not as thin or crisp and Tuscan used slices of meatballs, whereas Anthony’s uses tiny meatballs… I guess it is a texture thing for me. The same was with the salad, it was good, but I felt I got more from Tuscan’s competitor and although the salad was fresh, it did not taste as crisp comparatively. Would I come back… maybe…if someone else was paying the bill.

First time to this place. Reviews looked good and at 8:45 on Easter Sunday not many choices. They told me 15 minutes. When I arrived the kitchen screwed up an never put in my pizza. The manager tried to help but I found him useless and had a bad attitude. I was born in NYC and now live in Jersey so I know good pizza. I ordered my pizza well done. However when you pick up the pizza half of it flopped over. The taste was not to bad. But the price of a cheese pizza with spinach even in Boca was outrageous. Needless to say I won’t be back.

I’m here for lunch. I got the chicken Parmesan with rigatoni, presented perfectly, and a nice size salad for $ 9 ! The pasta and chicken were cooked perfectly and the sauce was a mild tomato with bits of fresh basil and parmesan cheese shavings. Salt and season to your own palate. I highly recommend this place for a good meal and casual ambiance.

So terribly disappointed tonight! We have ordered here a zillion times in the past and everyone loves their pizza. well tonight I brought them home and to my horror two large pizzas were totally burned. not just over cooked but charred black! How could you possibly package take out pizza this way. Never will I ever order from you again! Sad Sad business mistake. and you ruined my families dinner and evening. Shame on you!!!

First time here, no complaints at all. Very clean! Staff are all friendly! CLEAN bathroom! Food was amazing! I had the eggplant lasagna. Wasn’t your typical oily eggplant. It was perfection. Melted in my mouth and very flavorful!!! Loved it!!!

This place is a great pizza restaurant that, so far, does not get too crowded. I had«The Captain» pizza — pepperoni, meatballs, sausage and it was excellent. I also tried the meatballs and they were huge and tasty. There are lots of pizza places to visit and this is one of the better ones!

I was a big fan of this restaurant, but the last time I was disappointed. I went a few days ago with my husband and cousin. My cousin started with the pasta fagoili. It was a fairly large bowl of soup. He liked it. Next we shared the large Sicilian salad. It was just okay. I don’t know if the dressing was different. It seemed like something was missing, but I don’t know what. For our entrées my cousin had the two large meatballs. He liked them. I took a bite. The meatball was okay, but I would have liked it more if it had more meat and less filler. I ordered eggplant parmigiana. It was very good. Clyde got spaghetti bolognese. That’s usually our favorite dish. The spaghetti was served with very little sauce and the sauce it did have didn’t have much meat. Clyde told our server the dish didn’t look or taste like it had bolognese sauce. She brought an extra cup of sauce, but it was thin and didn’t have much meat. Just to be sure I wasn’t wrong about the sauce I looked up the picture in my previous review. This definitely was a different sauce. When the manager came by to ask how we were doing I showed him the picture. He said he’d tell the chef. I had the feeling he wasn’t impressed. I plan to go back. Since I liked this restaurant I want to give it another chance.

Top-notch pizzeria. Came with my family on a Monday evening, place had a decent amount of people in it, and we were seated right away. To start out we ordered the small Wood Oven Roasted Chicken Wings, which were very moist with a zesty, lemony flavor to them. They also are smothered in caramelized onions, which not only adds flavor, but just another yummy thing to eat. Plenty of wings for 4 people, so I can’t even imagine how many come in a large order. Also we ordered a Sicilian Salad that had a nice balsamic dressing poured on it, and the salad was separated by item(chickpeas, onions, etc). We ordered a large, and while I didn’t think the portion size was huge, it was enough for the 4 of us. It didn’t really come with that much blue cheese crumbles, so that wasn’t very good, and I do wished they tossed the salad before bringing it out. For our main meal we ordered two small pizzas; the Chicken Reggiano pizza and«The Boss» pizza. Chicken Reggiano is a kind of chicken parmesan pizza, and perfectly balanced between cheese, sauce, and chicken. «The Boss» is your basic cheese pizza, but very good. The pizza in very thin, and the crust is crunchy enough that I love to eat it. The slices themselves were pretty small, but filling and tasty. For the chicken wings, salad, and two small pizzas the total was $ 51, not including tip. It easily feed 4 people, and we all enjoyed it. I would say Sicilian Oven is a good place to come and split a few things and share. The atmosphere here is very modern, yet classic. The place isn’t huge, but can hold a decent amount of people in it. I’m not running to come back here, but I thoroughly enjoyed Sicilian Oven enough that if I am in the mood for pizza, this place will be on the top of the list. Food(B), Pricing(C+), Atmosphere(B), Service(B)

This is one of the newer restaurants added to the Greenwise Publix Plaza after the fantastic renovations were done in the last 5 years. It may not seem much from the outside, but it was packed with diners around 5pm on Wednesday. That was an indication that it was the restaurant to try compared to the empty restaurant next door. The interiors are small, but well laid out enough to accommodate a busy night of dining. We sat at the bar because it was just the two of us. Our server, Sam, was very nice and well informed in the details and preparation of the food items we had questions about. He recommended the salad for 2, and said that the Eggplant Lasagna and the Sausage with Peppers plate were the common favorites at the Sicilian Oven. We ordered the salad for 2 as suggested. It was so fresh and delicious! Tomato slices, marinated roasted red bell peppers, red onion, garbanzo beans, black and green kalamatas, roasted walnuts, slices of parm and gorgonzola cheeses, and the salad greens were tossed with a smooth balsamic vinaigrette. We finished the bowl clean. For our meals, we ordered the diners’ favorite, Eggplant Lasagna, and spaghetti with meatballs. The lasagna is meatless and no pasta. It was cooked to perfection as the eggplant slices were very thin and crispy. The ricotta and mushrooms were greatly complimented by the red sauce. I would order this again in a heartbeat. The spaghetti arrived with 2 enormous meatballs almost the size of tennis balls. It was okay as it was very bready which seemed to make the pasta entrée itself be a carb overload. We couldn’t finish one meatball and the red sauce was slightly too acidic compared to the eggplant version as it did not have anything else other than pasta to mellow out the acids. We won’t order that again. However, patrons next to us at the bar had ordered chicken wings and pizza that all looked absolutely delicious that the combination is what we aim to order the next time we dine at the Sicilian Oven. We are glad that the area of Boca Town Center finally has another great and moderately priced restaurant that seems satisfy the masses without having to get a bit dressed up and eat salty italian food at Maggiano’s across the way. Welcome to Boca, Sicilian Oven!
