If you have been looking for a traditional and delicious French bakery then look no further. Tulipe Café offers a wide range of options and everything is delicious. From breakfast options like fresh croissants to Nutella crepes and omelets Tulipe Café is one of my family’s favorite places to have breakfast. If you swing by for breakfast, I recommend one of three things: 1) the croissant breakfast which is a croissant stuffed with scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese; 2) any variation of the Nutella crepes, 3) French toast. If you love bread, go ahead and get a baguette to take home. It is fresh and delicious. Don’t be afraid to try some pastries too, most of them are delicious. The place is run by Sebastian, he is a French baker who has been here in the US for just two and a half years. He is super nice. Just be patient since there is still a little bit of a language barrier. Often you will also run into his sweet wife and adorable three children who are there helping him out.

One bite of their fresh-baked brioche transports me back to France. By far the best, and most authentic brioche in this neck of the woods. I also tried the quiche lorraine — amazing taste. Looking forward to trying more things, and wish I had discovered this gem sooner.

Magnifique! The first bite of food transported us to Paris, that’s how authentic the food is at Tulipe Café. We stopped here for lunch today solely based on the Unilocal reviews. Got here around 12:45pm and the place was empty. Being the only ones here was disconcerting at first but we trusted in Unilocal and decided to give it a try. Boy, are we glad we did. The tuna sandwich was so simple buy it was just like I had in Paris. The bread was crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. The tuna was fresh and simply dressed. The chopped eggs, cheese slices, simple greens and light mayonnaise completed this delectable sandwich. It’s a large 12in sandwich split in two halves so plenty to eat or in my case, took home the other half. The omelet(ham, cheese, onion) was incredibly perfect — creamy, fluffy, savory. Even the iced tea was perfectly brewed. The service was prompt and friendly. This place is now our staple. When you’re in the mood for some authentic French eats, come here.

Yummy. We tried a pastry and some macaroons and all were tasty. The coffee was delicious. I would go there again just for a cup of coffee it was that good. The pastries were a tad on the expensive side, but they are all made there, I think. The shop itself is lovely. It was very quiet when we were there, several patrons talking softly and the low hum of some French tv channel in the background.

It was my first visit to this popular French café located in Boca and I wasn’t disappointed! Location: The store is located in a busy shopping center on PowerLine Rd. between Bonefish Grill and Lemongrass Hot Pot restaurant. Store: small café with a few 2-top tables(6 – 8) with large display case of pastries, cookies, quiches, macarons and croissants. If staying, this isn’t a great place for large groups, but you can call ahead and maybe they can accomodate during off-hours. Note: if calling, make sure you speak French, the guy behind the counter spoke very little English. Food/Drinks: they offer a lot of pastries, croissants and assorted macarons, which is what I had… they were ok, kind of dry. They are $ 2.15 each, but we’re offering a special bulk buy of 16 for $ 32.00 + 4 free. They offer a large selection of coffees, espressos, lattes and capaccinos… saw a few please with drinks and they said that they tasted great. Final thoughts: I gave them 3 stars, because I thought the macarons were just ok, which is may e why they were on sale. That being said, from the look of the other items, this place looks like it is worth a 2nd chance. I will definitely be back and adjust my review accordingly. Enjoy and Bön Appétit!

My friend and I wanted to meet halfway between West Palm and Broward to catch up over coffee. This place was one of the first highly rates places that I saw on the list. Upon walking in, it was empty but nicely decorated and felt super cozy(we ended up staying for hours catching up). We were welcomed with a case of macaroons and then around the corner were pastries. At the end was what seemed to be where the gelato would be. I was sad that they had no gelato out and this was one of the things that enticed me to come. My friend and I ordered a cup of cappuccino and a pastry each. Coffee was nothing special. My friend ordered a fruit tart and I ordered the chocolate almond croissant which was ridiculously delicious! At first, I thought they looked burnt and flat compared to what I’m used to seeing, but I asked the cashier(who is French) about it, and she said that they’re authentic homemade French croissants. I trusted her word and I’m so glad that I did! I bought one to go and I’ve been craving it every day since. I didn’t even try my friend’s tart because I just wanted to savor the croissant. I would definitely go back JUST for the croissants!

OK so I’m reviewing my favorite thing: BREAKFAST!!! Yes!!! Honestly I don’t mind paying more if the service and food is good… What I don’t like is when I pay more than average and get OK food. I was in Boca for some business and it was early AM and had an hour to kill… Was originally going to stop by Starbucks or another place to get breakfast but I said you know what… how often do I make it to «Bowwwww-ca»?! They have got to have good places to eat… So I asked my BFF, Siri to find me a place… She picked this place… I said French?!! Why not?! Let’s try it… Got here in no time … It was early… The parking lot was empty and found it easy. Walked in and there was no one there!!! One dude behind the counter… I ask for a menu to see what I like and he didn’t say anything just pointed to a menu and continued to bring out the bread and organize his things… I said holy crap… I may have made a mistake… I HATE walking out of a place and now, I was committed… I said OK it’s one time, I’ll just get something familiar and call it a day… I asked him a question, he turned down the TV(loud in French) and didn’t seem to hear me… I repeated, and then I realized he doesn’t speak English! Oh boy… This was gonna be fun… I went safe with omelette and since I didn’t like salad in the AM, I asked him(after a few tries) instead of salad to get me a croissant … And I got the cappuccino … Picked a seat… No servers and he was the only one and I was the only customer… I took couple of pictures(to give my first bad review) and couldn’t wait to leave… Looked at the TV and it was still in French and I asked myself what the heck am I doing here… And THEN… something magical happened… The cappuccino arrived… Took a sip and honestly it was NOT the caffeine… but I had a «Ratatouille moment»… When a guy named Anton Ego took a first bite of a food and it took him to his childhood… That sip took me back to our only trip to Paris!!! Holy cow!!! Was that good or what!!! I started to notice things closer, the paintings of Paris, the beautiful décor, the amazing smell of the fresh bread, and suddenly I didn’t mind the French TV and couldn’t stop looking at the spectacular French alps(tour deFrance” was on!) The food came and Ohhh myyyy Gaaa!!! First of all LOVED the plate and the French paintings on the plate… Everything French and beautifully decorated! After a few minutes I LOVED the fact that the dude didn’t speak English… Everything so authentic… I was so drawn and started to think that I almost walked out! Then… Came the croissant… With an incredible French accent he asked if I want French Bluuuubeggghhiie or Oooranje jam… I picked blueberry jam… I swear that croissant with that home made French jam was the best damn thing I have ever had… EVER!!! Omelette was great as well and after my cappuccino, I asked for more coffee and he brought me a Fresh French cup!!! Holy cow… Magniffffiiiiicant!!! We actually started talking and we communicated with the translator on his phone. How cool is that?! On my way out he asked(with his Siri translator) if I want a sample of French cookie to dip it in my coffee… How could I say no?! After one bite, I ended up buying the whole bag!!! So if you are ever in Boca, visit this place!!! Can’t WAIT to come back and over all experience and food… Amazing… In-crrrrhhggghhhe-dible!!!

Loved this cute little French bakery! Owned and operated by very lovely French people. The chocolate croissants are the real deal as well as the baguettes. The café olé was perfectly made and they are very generous with their portions. We love coming for breakfast on the weekends as it is not too crowded:)

Great customer service! I was out of town and wanted to have a cake delivered to my mother in law. The owners were so sweet and delivered the cake to her house personally and for a very fair price. It was also last minute and the owners were so accommodating. My mother in law was thrilled and the cake looked beautiful. I will definitely be going back to this bakery.

The first thing you’ll notice when you walk in the door is the wonderful smells of French breads, cakes, cookies, macaroons, and so much more. It’s a small place with a few tables and chairs and glass cases showing their baked goods. Besides their bakery items they serve food. I haven’t eaten there yet. Their menu is small, but what they have sounds delicious. After reading the reviews on Unilocal I know I want to go for breakfast or lunch. I was there recently and bought several chocolate croissants and almond croissants to share with my mom. They were delicious. The only problem was that I couldn’t stop eating them. Poor mom didn’t get very much. They have several cakes on display. The next time I need a cake for a special occasion that’s where I’m going. The French couple who own this place are very nice. I hope they do well.

This is the real deal! Best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had. I purchased a fresh baked baguette to take home along with croissants they were fabulous! Like the rest of the reviews say, the owner is French and doesn’t speak a lot of English, but enough for you to order, or you can just point

Prepare yourself to have a fat kid moment. I am sooooo happy that I decided to sit outside and choose the chair hidden from the inside by the wall, because to have any one witness this moment is not to be taken lightly. Only intimate friends and lovers should see one indulge with such abandon. Yes, eating my chocolate almond croissant was a borderline sexual experience. The lovely French gentleman(thank heavens I took some French is high school, we found a way to communicate between his English and my French) bakes everything himself fresh every day. Let me repeat that for you, slowly. The. French. Gentleman. Bakes. EVERYTHING. Himself. FRESH! EVERY. DAY!!! You can totally tell. Ahhhhhhmazing. My mouth, my brain, my whole body underwent a transformative moment of euphoria. And the lovely French woman who also works here and speaks fluent English advised me to keep half of my sinful delight and heat it up in the OVEN(no lazy microwaving please!) for a couple of minutes to get it warm and gooey… as if I need more help being a fat kid. LOVE this place. LOVE!!!
