Waxing the City

Great experience for the first time getting a Brazilian wax. Was most definitely not as painful as I thought it was going to be. The waiting area is clean and welcoming and the ladies were so sweet. Sandra did a great job with my Brazilian and I was not uncomfortable or scared. Highly recommend going here.

I had a great first experience here. They were so accommodating when booking even though I had to cancel three days. I will definitely go back. I got a card from the lovely lady who waxed me and the owner personally called to see that I was pleased with my experience.

Great place! Clean and neat in the waiting area and in the rooms! For my service, Lauren Yuille, completed my Brazilian wax. Normally this may be an uncomfortable situation with a new person, but Lauren was very sweet and kind. She brought me back to the room, provided a wipe and paper drape, and allowed me sufficient time to undress. One thing I really noticed once in the room was the «paper» covering the table (the one you lie on), was not the terrible paper that rips throughout your session, but this one was thicker and did not rip at all! Now onto the nitty gritty: for a Brazilian wax, this was almost painless. Seriously! Almost pain free! Between the wax they use here, and Lauren’s flawless technique, I remain truly impressed! I will definitely be back, and you should too!

Awesome, just awesome. Comfortable, sanitary & professional. I personally had Sandra for my Brazilian — and I highly recommend her. I can’t say enough good things about her. She keeps you laughing & distracted throughout the whole process. Not once did I feel uncomfortable.
From what I was told, it seems all the girls that work for «Waxing the City» are trained in the same facility in Denver, so I would guess that you get the same safe treatment from any of the staff. It’s nice to have formal training to trust in.
The studio coordinator, Trici, who greeted me instantly made me welcome. I mean she really calmed my nerves. She showed me a product to numb the area — and it works. Of course the sensation is still there, but much less. So, with the topical cream available and the warm wax they use — the whole process was easy peasy. Trust me if I can do it, anyone can do it here!

Loved this place. New, clean, upbeat, great prices, friendly, professional staff and if I do say so great results! It exceeded my expectation. Best wax I’ve had!
