I have passed Tom, s Nails several times while trying a couple other shop where I was not happy. Looking for a new shop I decided to stop @ Tom’s. So by chance I just walked in. I was meet with smiles and warm welcome. Kevin was my pedicurist and Cindy my manicurist.
WOW! THE BEST PEDICURE & MANICURE EVER! I have found my new shop. Two weeks out constantly wearing sandals not one chip in my toenails. Cindy had me try Salack on my nail and I am totally amazed how beautiful my nails still look.
Thanks to Cindy & Kevin for a wonderful experience and perfect nails.

Very nice place. Clean. Sanitary. I got a great pedicure for a reasonable price. And it’s lasted for a week and half now and still looks as great as the day I got it.

I honestly don’t even feel comfortable giving this place one star. They were incredibly understaffed and rather than ask us to wait or come back for an appointment, the staff rushed through our manicures. My nails were crooked and jagged– I immediately took them off. I will never go back.

Do not go here! This place is under new management. And my credit card was charged for more than I signed for on my receipt and I know it was because the girl wanted her tip to be bigger! Also, I’ve never had such an awful shellac manicure. The lines are not even straight on my french tips.

Female was very rude. She actually hurts you when she does pedicures. Never smiles. Will never go back to this salon. Daughter had a pedicure also and was very disappointed. Not sure who Tom is, but will nit go back!

One of the hardest things I have had to do in my life was to force my Mom to go to assisted living; it was long overdue. I wanted to make sure she had closure in Boerne since she had lived there for 25 years and to make sure she looked as nice as she could when she went to her new home. We stopped by Nails by Tom for one last manicure and pedicure. Tom has one of the best run and cleanest shops I have been in for a long time. Tom understands older Texas women and it is obvious by his steady stream of business; he makes sure they get in and out of their cars, are comfortable while waiting, and most of all takes great care and pride in making them feel good. His whole staff is good at what they do. I can honestly say that Nails By Tom is the best manicure/​pedicure in Boerne.
