I have always had an excellent experience here whether a relaxing pedicure, gel manicure or fill from any staff member. Allow yourself to be pampered, isn’t that what it’s about.

..I HAVE GONE TO PRO NAIL for 4 months. One of my visits I had shellac put on my nails which I paid 15 dollars extra. It started peeling the very next day. They would not redo unless I paid 10 dollars. I made an appointment for 12pm on Sat Aug29. I was there 5mins before my appt. John told me he had a client come in and wanted the works so he wasn’t available to do my nails. I was stunned. NO professionalism!!!

This place used to be great! but now. Not so much. I’m pretty sure that it’s under new ownership. I dropped in to relax and enjoy a pedicure. The guy who worked on me cut my cuticles way too short, which was very painful, didn’t file my nails and when it came time for the massaging part. well let’s just say it was horrible! I will not be back.

Pro Nails is a very nice salon from what I can tell from the first time going there. The staff is extremely incredible. They offer lots of colors that also include my favorites. And what’s also surprising is that this salon feels more cleaner than my regular salon that I go to at home.

This was the fastest and most painful pedicure I have ever had
Homie seriously cut and dug at my cuticles with no mercy… My big toe hurts and is bleeding which I’m kinda trippin about because that’s never happened… Feel like I need a tetanus shot.
I really wanted this to be a good experience, but sadly it was not.

Excellent!!! Water was off to the entire strip mall so she wet a towel with bottled water, heated it up in the microwave and washed my hands. My nails look beautiful!!! Hopefully my husband plays golf in Boerne often. If he doesn’t it’s worth the drive from New Braunfels!!!

Horribly experience for the second time! Don’t recommend at all. The man was super rough and rushed though my manicure. At the end all of my nails weren’t even fully painted!

The nail tech doing my pedicure used and actual cheese grater for my heals which was not necessary. It removed so much skin my heal cracked for months!

Marginal pedicure at best. First and last time I get a pedicure from Pro Nails. Don’t waste your money!
