my car was hit badly by a drunk driver, it was brought to this place as it was the closest to the crash site. Well, first of all, they should have totalled the car, but instead he low balled the initial repair quote and told my insurance company it could be repaired. they approved and then he started adding over $ 10k worth of new necessary repairs. well, after over a month, i finally got my car back and i started seeing all kinds of flaws. the trunk was off, the roof leaked, the paint job was bad, the list goes on and on. well, when i called him out on honoring his warranty, he got nasty and talked to me like i was bothering him. i brought my car back to him to fix all the things wrong with it and he ended up breaking the plastic shield in the wheel well and tried to say it was like that when i brought it in. i think i would have noticed loud dragging noises and something drooping from the front of my car. when i told him about this he got really nasty again. he is rude and impatient and quite frankly, does terrible work. i still have a leaking roof and there’s still things wrong with the car that he didnt fix. i would never recommend this place. there’s plenty of other auto body shops around. you don’t have to settle. i wish i got a second opinion.

The front part of my car hit a fence pole after sliding on some black ice. When my car was finished it looked better then before the accident, the car looked like it was never in a accident. The work they performed was impeccable. They took care of all the insurance paper work and set up my rental. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They dealt with the insurance company, had the rental company pick me up and take me to my rental, and returned the rental when I picked up my vehicle. The owner and staff were professional and courteous. Customer satisfaction seems to be genuinely important to them.
