My First Jacuzzi from the HOTTUB Factory. 5 stars
From my first visit to delivery was fantastic. Now part of the jacuzzi family.
I purchased the J425 and it looks and feels great.
If your looking for a HOTTUB this is the place and Brand.

I purchased a Jacuzzi J-​355 a few weeks ago from the Hot Tub Factory through the LI Home Show at SCCC in Brentwood. So far I am thrilled with my purchase! The delivery was timely and professional, with no damage to my lawn. I am loving the tub and using it almost daily. Norm and Mike (the proprietors) followed up with telephone calls and emails to make sure I was happy with the tub and delivery process. They even host a periodic class (Hot Tub University) where they teach how to properly care for your tub (and sell you some chemicals of course, but these are things you need and they offer a 10% discount the day of the class). So far so good, great customer experience to this point.

I purchased a jacuzzi from the hot tub factory less than 2 years ago. The salesman was great. Of course he was, he’s a salesman. The Hot tub has done nothing but broken down. Small things like the Jets won’t come on. The whole tub shuts down and says to immediately get out of the tub to avoid electrocution. Of course it takes weeks to get a technician to come look at it. When they do look at it they spend 10 minutes and tell you to deal with it. That you shouldn’t worry about the electric shock warnings.. The biggest shock is that they actually get away with charging you a 200+ service charge and don’t do a thing. I would not recommend this company to an enemy. The Hot tub factory does not stand behind their product.

The folks at the Hot Tub Factory are top notch. They are very knowledgeable, informative and easy to work with. They make the buying process hassle free. The hot tub arrived as scheduled and they made the installation look easy. They also went over the routine maintenance and control of the hot tub in detail. If you’re looking for a hot tub stop there first!
