Wish I could give them a negative star because 1 star is way to good. Worst service ever they just don’t show up and then they outright lie about it They seem nice at first but they are so poorly managed they don’t know what they are doing. All I can say is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Received several recommendations to use Roberts Fence. Senior owner has an unprofessional (gruff, unpleasant) demeanor. Price was $ 1K less than other fence companies. Of course, you get what you pay for. Cedar fence very poor quality wood (drastic color variations, many rough spots). PVC front railing is fine. Workers installed properly. If you are attracted to this company because of its reasonable prices, ask to look at completed installations, and those of competitor before making a decision.

Their prices are fair and their workmanship is outstanding.
The salesman was knowledgeable and sold me just what I needed.
The job was done on schedule.
The techs sent out to do the installation
Did an excellent job and were more than cooperative and pleasant.
I would confidently recommend Roberts Fence to anyone.

Felt very uncomfortable with his personality. He was suppose to leave an estimate in the mailbox the next day and never did. Took it as a sign that he wasn’t one to follow through & found out from others that he didn’t.

I have used Robert’s for about 4 fence jobs over the years and thru two houses. Always got a fair price, never had any problems. The other review, from Frank M, that might be a rarity, because after all these years of using them, i’ve never had a problem. If i ever need more fence work done, i will call them again.

If you want a Fence, look elsewhere. I hired this company about 4 years ago because I saw their signs all over Long Island and assumed they were a large, reputable business. During the fall, our stockade fence blew down and we needed it to be repaired. A rep came out and after a few weeks we never heard from them. We called several more times and Robert, the owner stopped by. He stated that he would send someone over to replace the 3 posts that were damaged. That was 4 months and several phone calls later. They don’t return calls and don’t respond to complaints. They have no regard for customer satisfaction. I’m going to wind up paying another company to repair my fence
