We paid for the deal on this page, then made an appointment by phone. He was supposed to come over and clean on Friday. We then moved all our furniture out of the living room to get ready. Well, the guy never showed. Never called. Nothing! We called him a few different times, thinking maybe he forgot or wrote it down wrong. But still, nearly a week later, we never heard from him. Luckily, Unilocal refunded us our money.

Keith did an amazing job! We had him do the carpets and some couches on our home just under 3,000 ft. He was able to get out dog stains I thought were hopeless. He was thorough and gave us a great price.
