This might be my first positive Unilocal review. B town rocks! I love trying new items on the rotating menu, and the sourdough pizzas are top notch. Quality food, legit people. This is the kind of local establishment you want to support!

If I didn’t have dinner plans I would sit and sample every item on the menu! We grabbed the caramelized onion sourdough pizza as an appetizer and were shocked at how BTown could make something so simple but so delicious. As my husband stated «they could put just about anything on this dough and it would be amazing». But they don’t put just anything– they put creamy cheeses, tasty onions and meaty mushrooms for a dish of sweet, sweet goodness!!! This is a food truck that trumps any reservations you may make. Next time BTown our reservation is all you!

B Town Bistro was excellent and I highly recommend it. I have always been very skeptical of food trucks in general, but no more. I ordered the Baja Fish Tacos and they were delicious. The food was high quality and the customer service was amazing. My order was ready in about 5 minutes and the price was fairly reasonable.

Had the lobster bisque and pepperoni pizza. The bisque was fantastic, the pizza tasted great but I wish the crust was more crispy.

Love the homemade sourdough pizza crust! Tacos are delicious too. If you see the yellow truck around town go check them out. Everything is organic and made from scratch.

Good pizza. Had the sundried feta pizza and it was pretty good. Almost wish they had an oven but for a food truck, not bad! The tomatoes could be bigger but cheese was delicious and fresh. Spoke with Tom (Owner) who said sourdough taste of crust could be improved. Nice crew (Tom and gf Holly) who are very kind and willing to put in hard work. Worth a try at Prefunk on Friday’s 6 – 9 pm. Huge supporter of local and organic ingredients!
