I have a love/hate relationship with this location. I have been here a couple of times and waited to see if the same pattern repeated before I slammed them on review. Every time I have visited the location the same cashier helps me out. There is only one person taking orders inside and in the drive thru. I place my order and then wait… and wait… And wait. My average wait time for food is usually around 10 minutes. Not really fast for a fast food joint. The cashier is slow and gets easily overwhelmed when there are people ordering inside the restaurant and through the drive thru. The only redeeming factor is that the food is consistently good, which is why I am giving two stars instead of one. Bottom line, good food, slooooow service.

Haven’t been inside yet but I wanted to try the new location close to my house. I had one of the best chorizo burritos ever. I was amazed it even rivaled betos down the street. I look foreward to trying more things. Even though it’s only fast food it’s good to see them making an effort to do it well.

Finally experienced going into the restaurant today versus the drive thru. It’s small, but since it’s new it’s a nice space. The lady at the register today was Samantha and she was very kind and very helpful. My friends and I placed our orders, took our numbers and went to a table. When Samantha brought the food out she apologized to my friend N, because they did not have enough fried zucchini to fill her order. She had brought what they had and said someone was going to another location to get more, but would she like something else? N said that what she had been brought was enough, but Samantha insisted that N be compensated somehow for the lack of fried Z. In the end, she agreed to give us an order of fries to go with a take out order we were placing for a friend before we left. It’s been a long while since I’ve encountered someone to very helpful in a fast food restaurant. On an aside. the Salted Caramel Shake. it’s TODIEFOR.
