First off I want to say that this is the best customer service experience I have ever had. When I walked in I was greeted by Dan who promptly assisted me. I showed him my phone(which I thought was broken beyond repair) and it only took him a minute to look it over and tell me he could fix it! Less than two hours later I was able to pick up my phone and it looked like it was brand new out of the box! Dan explained to me what needed fixed and what he had replaced. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely be coming back to cellairis! The prices are good and the service even better!

I dropped in to see if there was anything they could do for my iPad that a previous store(that shall remain nameless) had just told me that they would not fix it. The tech that helped me was great! Apologies, I do not remember your name. He gave me a price quote and fixed my issue in 30 minutes and told me to come back if the issue arises agin. For a last ditch effort, it turned out well for me. Thank you to the tech at Cellularis today.

I went in to buy a case and after standing around in the store for 30 minutes, someone finally comes out from the back room and then he just stands there on his phone. It was not worth my time or my money. They need some better management.

Bought a $ 50 rhinestone phone case from here, on the same credit card I always use. They said it had a 90 day warranty. The rhinestones are falling off all over and the case is cracked after approximately 3 months, so I took it back in to at least have the rhinestones replaced. The guy conveniently couldn’t find my purchase for the $ 50 case in their system, only an old purchase from 11 months ago(that was made on the same card! Why can’t you find the newer one??) so said he couldn’t fix it. I asked how much it was to just pay to have the rhinestones replaced and he said they didn’t even do that!!! Hello? I’m trying to give you more money to fix your defective product and you can’t even do that? Ridiculous. I’m never buying anything here again.
