Best car buying experience ever. It was very refreshing to go to a used car lot and not be greeted buy a pushy salesmen. Thom brown «the owner» was more interested in the car I wanted instead of what he had to offer. He went above and beyond to find what I wanted and got me a killer deal. I now send everyone to him when they are looking for a car.

WARNING: I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This husband and wife sales team was completely dishonest with us and sold my family an unsafe vehicle! We have had nothing but problems with our minivan and were forced to sink over $ 1200 into repairs after less than a month of owning the car. The owners of this dealership were aware of the problems and agreed to fix the transmission (we literally had a transaxle light begin to flash as we drove away from the dealership and brought it back) without even inspecting the vehicle they gave us a diagnosis that would be a cheap solution for them but still a safety issue for me and my children. At that point I did not trust them at all, they pretended to be friendly while trying to sell the car but as soon as papers were signed they refused to stand by the «quality» of the vehicle they had to offer us. So I took the car to two transmission shops to get second and third opinions as to what repairs actually needed to be done. THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE COMPLETELY REBUILT! The first transmission shop just looked at me and said «Is there any way you can take this car back?» I immediately contacted the dealership after having the van physically inspected and properly diagnosed and informed them of the problem since they had agreed both verbally and in writing to fix the transmission. The wife’s response when I told her about the need for a new transmission was, «So.» She went on to say that when they agreed to fix the transmission, they only meant that they would do a tranny flush (which will do nothing for a transmission that needs replacing/​rebuilding) In addition to the transmission, we were driving and suddenly lost all power steering when a loose hose failed, nearly causing an accident between my family and a truck. Shortly after, another issue caused us to again lose all power while in traffic. The car just died while driving my kids to school one morning and we had to have it towed. If you are looking to purchase a safe, dependable vehicle from an honest company with integrity that cares about the quality and safety of their inventory, it is my experience that this is NOT the place to go! We were treated terribly and it is my opinion that these folks are not demonstrating interest in running a respectable business, but are only out to line their own pockets with not a care in the world for their customers. I love my family and was looking to spend my hard earned money on a vehicle that would be a safe and reliable way to travel. Instead I am stuck making payments for a vehicle that I can’t count on, and I still have over $ 1000 more dollars in repairs to go. I will never be able to wrap my head around some people’s ability to behave in such a way, but I do know this: there are plenty of other dealerships around here to chose from so I wouldn’t waste your time or money here if I were you.
