I had a great experience with Intermountain Auto Glass. They came directly to my office and replaced my windshield while I was at work. I will definitely use them again if needed and they are locally owned.

Don’t let these people near your RV!!! It started over 2 weeks ago. I got the recommendation from our RV dealer. Geez, they were wrong! I called them to replace part of our back window slider that had fogged up. The guy came and measured. He said there was a possibility the entire window would have to come out. We opted for a new window piece instead of repairing the existing one. He said it would only be a few days. I told the guy, we have to leave for California on the 19 so it has to be done by then. No problem he said. Jump to 2 weeks later… no window… it’s been delayed. They called on the 17th and said they have the new window and would be out to install it. A guy came out, by himself. He didn’t appear too confident. He wasn’t quite sure how to do the repair and kept calling someone. He brought in the new window and my husband said it looked too big for the space. The guy said if it was too big, it wouldn’t fit. He FORCED it in and broke the new window!!! I was ticked! He took our old window back to the shop to be repaired. Now I’m left with a broken window in my RV where I live full time, overnight with temps in the 30’s. I called the shop and screamed at the gal how incompetent this guy was and send out two people the next morning. I want a time they will be out. I have to leave for the coast on the 19th and this has to be fixed. She said he’d be out at 8 am. The next morning… they are an hour late! The guy he brought was nice but didn’t know any more about window repair then the first guy. He, once again, tried to force the window in! I told my husband go tell them what to do. They took the entire window out and laid it on a blanket on the grass. He’s still trying to force the window in. My husband had to tell these guys what to loosen, how to install and what to do. They get the window back in the RV but it’s not sliding. My husband said you have too much glue and you need to cut it away because it’s also bunching up. The guy said ‘oh yea, I should try that.’ It’s obvious these guys know nothing about RV window repair. They are incompetent and should not be allowed to work on your unit. Buyer beware!
