Their mochas and lattes are like watered down. I once asked to put 1⁄3 of milk with everything else remaining the same. It tasted better, but it’s a bit ridicule to have to ask. Not to mention I paid the same amount of money for not full cup of coffee.

The Human Bean offers the best, most consistent coffees in the valley. If you order a latte from one location, it will taste exactly how it will at another. I am a regular customer for this reason. It is because they actually measure their shots. If you go to another coffee stand, they usually don’t measure and i dont feel comfortable asking them to so that my coffee comes out how i want it. Also, they don’t blare music and can actually understand you. Long live the Human Bean!

The double drive through is convenient and functional. It’s close to home so I should go there more often than I do, but so far I’ve only tried the Chai latte. Of course they can’t make it themselves there so they get it out of a carton. It’s good, although the honey sweetening was a bit overpowering. The prices are pretty average but it’s nice that you get a chocolate covered espresso bean with your drink. I look forward to trying more of the menu here when I get a chance.

They made AMAZING hot chocolates for my two kids which totally made their day! They have a huge list of flavors and the kids had fun picking them. Thank you, ladies.

Great coffee, great service, and a convenient location. It’s not the cheapest coffee in town but it is tasty and made perfectly. The free chocolate covered espresso bean is a nice touch too.

I asked for the name of the coffee they brew, a question met with a look of annoyance and an insincere follow up «what do you mean?» The Barista couldn’t tell me the brand or type of coffee available. At least she could’ve been friendly or interested in answering my question. I guess I’m just a boring ol’ drip coffee drinker. I wonder if the Baristas know how to properly calibrate the espresso machine? My guess is no. Also, $ 1.70 for a 12 ounce no-name coffee is steep.

Great coffee and friendly service in a drive-up setting. In the area for business, stopped by and had a great Red Eye, delivered in one of the most secure coffee cups I’ve ever seen, no chance of spillage there. The folks working inside were friendly and helpful.
