A sweet gentleman, Bob, at the checkout was great with a sense of humor. He made simple getting a coffee ordeal in the afternoon fun for sure. And my caramel macchiato with soy was made to the perfection!

Had to have my daily Starbucks! It’s not for luxury it’s a necessity! Love this store since it’s so close to my house. Clean store, yummy drinks & a nice crews! Until next time,…probably tomorrow!

Hello, I’m a Starbucks addict. I’m 9 hours un-​caffeinated. The last time I drank coffee was at a Starbucks on Eagle Road. The service there was great and I enjoyed my large iced coffee with vanilla. I was there with my friend Parker, he got an orange juice of the Naked variety. There was seating inside and outside. There was plenty of parking. I know my Starbucks addiction costs me about 3 bucks a day, and I understand how it shames my nonexistent children. Thank you for listening, and keep fighting the good fight.

The staff here is hands-​down one of the friendliest you’ll find in Boise. Unlike the places you get forced smiles and fakey greetings Starbucks sometimes generates, the staff here seems to honestly be happy to see you.
At least in the evenings, they’re never overly busy and I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two for my drink. I’ve never had a quality issue, and they seems to always properly follow recipes. The restroom is always super clean, which probably takes a fair amount of work on their part.
If you’re on Eagle road, this is the best of the four Starbucks to drop by.

Of all the Starbucks in the Treasure Valley, this one seems to consistently provide sub-​par drinks and service. It’s the closest one to my house, but after consistent poor service, I’ve finally determined not to go to this one anymore. One frustration is consistently receiving the wrong drink in the drive thru. And we don’t order the crazy-​long drink types. It’s drip coffee, or iced coffee, or a simple latte. Also, more than once I’ve come in the door, it’s empty, but instead of being greeted and asked what I would like to order, I wait for the guys to get done with their personal conversations for more than just a few seconds. Standing AT the register for over 10 seconds watching two people talk… and this has happened three times. Come on.

I get my coffee here every morning. They have been consistent with their service and quality of the drinks I have ordered. Starbucks has figured out their drink, the taste is the best out of all the coffee places in town.

Small and cozy. Great for meeting your clients or work related meet ups. Not crowded which is great for me.
drinks are Starbucks drinks. nothing special there. just ah.
in summer bring a jacket if you get to stay longer. the staff cranks up the a/​c to a freezing cold.
