John Boles was our real estate agent who worked with us for over a year. He did a fantastic job. He was very well organized when showing properties. We were new to the Boise area, so he mapped out the homes we were going to view, along with detailed descriptions, and placed all this in a packet for our use. We were not able to find a home that met our needs, so he helped us find a builder to design a custom built home. And he stayed with us through the whole process, willing to help in any way needed.
John is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with advice. His recommendations for a building inspector and local mortgage lender were excellent. He also worked with another family member to sell their home and purchase another one. Our family is very pleased with his assistance.
