Stood in line for 15 minutes. Finally an additional checker came out. There were over 8 people in line and not one of the checkers called for help. Finally the manager came out and to help one of the staff with a technical problem that she had been working on for over 20 minutes. Almost cost them a $ 300 purchase but I will not go back. What has happened to customer service in the valley.

My first visit to our Nordy’s Rack in Boise and I’m a fan. I have hard to fit feet and found so much selection for my tired, aching feet that I felt as though I were in shoe heaven! The store is clean, well-​organized, and they don’t pester you. They have a great selection of clothes and shoes, plus sizes for shoes and bodies, and their children’s section is enough to make this auntie wish she could buy, buy, buy. So, check it out. It’s wonderful and fun. Great clothes, great deals.

I LOVE Nordstrom’s customer service and I’ve found that the Boise Rack has been just as great as the regular Nordstrom. I have a Nordstrom Rewards card and purchased a pair of jeans in the Portland full-​line store and, since I do not live in Portland, the Rack has told me I can get them hemmed here for free! Also, I wear a size 5−5-½ shoe and, FINALLY, I can find my size in Boise :) I always feel like they really appreciate the customer here. The best!

Hey Boise, nice RACK!
Good shoe selection for those of us in need of 13s. Friendly checkout and the staff leaves you alone to wander, just as it should be at a clearance store. In store tailoring is a nice touch for the convenience. Prices are better than the flagships (duh!) but you can find real deals if you don’t mind wearing a purple/​orange striped shirt occasionally.
