Precision Countertops

The company was great in correspondence before the installation of a new kitchen countertop for my client. However, there was a problem installing the new sink, which was the same size as the existing one. I was told in advance by the contractor when he came to measure, to have the new sink on site so that he could check it before the installation date, to make sure all would go smoothly. Needless to say, on the installation day, the new sink wouldn’t work and would have compromised the strength of the counter so the homeowner would have to do a return and choose another. So a smaller sink was installed. After the job I received an email from one of PC’s staff, regarding job satisfaction and to please write regarding any issues. Well, it’s been several weeks and my client is still waiting for a reply after his email regarding the matter. Bottom line, why bother asking if I’m satisfied if you don’t even bother to reply. That’s a thumbs down for me.

Recently, I had my kitchen remodeled. Pre is ion countertops sent a contractor to measure and make sure the new sink would fit. Well, after he installed the countertop, he told me the new sink wouldn’t fit.
I received a follow up email from Precision Countertops. I replied with my unhappiness with what had been done. I have not had any response in two weeks.
I unrecommend this company to anyone.
