I received a gift certificate to Prime Cuts last Christmas, and used it a few months afterward on some wonderfully cut steak. They were large, thick, tasty, and the weight I was given was over the value of the gift certificate. I was well treated, and the meat they have to offer is responsibly raised by local farms.
