Rocky Mountain Towing

I had a horrible experience with this place. The guy dented my rear bumper and refused to take responsibility for it, and had a very condescending tone and attitude. He also would not let me get my work clothes out of my car so I could at least work until I could pick it up. Avoid at all costs.

It most likely isn’t a «good» day if you have to call a towing company. Let’s just say if your morning starts with a phone call from your daughter that says «Mom I need help» and it involves a broken down car it isn’t the way your Friday should begin. I’m happy to say though that when you call Rocky Mountain Towing though you can be at ease knowing that at least your towing experience will be as good as it can be. They are quick and professional. When Chuck the tow truck driver showed up he was friendly and put my daughter at ease. He was able to get the car loaded and delivered to our requested destination in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable. I’ve had Rocky Mountain Towing move vehicles for me before so I know that their service is consistent and they do work with some insurance companies so you will want to ask when you call. No I don’t have chronic broken down cars or accidents, maybe just bad luck? ;)
