The best burger in the Treasure Valley without a doubt. Fresh, homemade pickles, soft locally baked(Gaston) buns, awesome butter grilled beef. The ice cream and shakes are to die for. If you haven’t gone yet, rush on over. They have wings too, but I didn’t get to try any.

My goodness, went today after work and it is amazing!!! I asked the guy to surprise me and he made me a Salted Caramel Bacon shake, WHYAREWENOTINVESTINGINTHIS! This shake is a trademark of my life, i feel now that my life has been a span of wasted time waiting to discover a Caramel Bacon shake. 5 Stars my butt I rank this one The Universe.

Add this to the cannon of awesome«fast-ish» burger joints in town. Burgers come in three sizes, you pick the rest. Make a point to order the veggie wings, so much more than you would expect. Busy at lunch, pretty mellow for dinner. I look forward to seeing what the owner will do with this place. Outdoor seating exists but is a bit stark. I am sure the outdoor seating will get better.

I read the review of SkyVue Grill in the Idaho Statesman and decided to check it out, expecting just another typical burger joint. My mind was blown with how delicious the burger was. I got the butter burger with swiss cheese, bacon, and house special sauce. Hands down this is the best burger I’ve ever had. It puts all other burger joints to shame. There wasn’t a single thing about the burger that I didn’t like, even the bun was delicious. Their chocolate shake was the perfect end to my meal. They seemed to be busier than they are used to(probably because of the newspaper article) so for that reason the service was a little slow, however it was well worth the wait.

LOVED the burger, will definitely go again. Really appreciate 3 different burger sizes. I had the Baby Butter burger with blue cheese and bacon — YUM! !!! It was just the right size, 2oz of meat, meant I don’t feel too guilty about it. Service was a little slow but there was a review in the paper today so they were slammed. Worth the wait.

Okay. I love a good burger. The butter burger is great. A little greasy(but not necessarily in a bad way). Well worth a visit. I will be back. Closes early, though, so pay attention.

Very good. Gotta try the vegetarian wings(fried broccoli w sauce). Burgers are delish and good sized. Very small and cramped indoors/winter but huge patio for groups/summer. Very worth a try.

I honestly didn’t expect much, but the first bite changed it all. Quality… That’s what you’ll get. Great burger! The shake? Goodness, I have not had one that good since I was a kid. Good stuff!

The 8oz burger was really good. The bun was excellent. Chicken pieces were OK. The ice cream was AWESOME. Tastes just like old fashioned, hand crank ice cream. I live in the area so I’ll eat there again, but not sure I’d go too far out of my way to go they’re.

The blue cheese butter burger was fantastic. I’m also excited for when they get the nitrogen cold press coffee up and running.

The butter burger was great. The fresh beef makes such a difference compared to other places that use frozen meat. I wasn’t familiar with Gaston’s Bakery, which supplies the buns to Skyvue, but their soft, fluffy bun was one of the best I’ve ever had. I wasn’t excited by the French fries, which had some kind of coating on them. I would have preferred house-cut fries, like those that In-N-Out creates. The fry sauce, an Idaho-Utah tradition, was really good and appeared home-made. The«house» lemonade didn’t taste like it was fresh-made. The biggest challenge for the SkyVue will be it’s location. It’s in that section of Fairview Avenue east of Orchard, where if you’re driving east, you have to turn around after passing by. It gets adequate westbound traffic, but it will be a tough mission to get people to make that turnaround. The same challenge that Arctic Circle and Rockies Diner before them learned.
