I have ordered takeout from this location a few times now and the service has always been good and the pizzas have always been well prepared and tasted exactly like a Pizza Hut pizza should taste like. Additionally their pizzas have been consistently made every time. I don’t know about the past history of the place but I have been ordering here for about the past 6 months l. Also, this place lets you do a phone survey while you are in the store to get free breadsticks! So maybe they are really focused on customer service and satisfaction now :? I definitely recommend the place though

Wow, just wow… I always order from these guys and I have never had a problem, until now. Last night we ordered two orders of the hut favorite sticks. These come with garlic sauce, Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. You can tell from the picture from their own site what they are supposed to look like and have on them, and they always do. Except last night. Last night they had no cheese, no herbs, just plain and covered in grease{they assure me this is garlic sauce}. Confused, because I’ve never had any trouble with them, my husband and I called. The lady on the phone snapped at me and said that she made the sticks herself, they were correct, they just were and if I wanted more that was fine but they would look exactly the same as before. I was shocked by the rudeness of this agent. As a hotel manager, if one of my agents spoke that way to someone, there would be consequences. I absolutely was not rude as I know how it feels to deal with an upset customer. Pizza hut says they’ll make it right on the receipt, LIES! They didn’t make it right. They didn’t do anything. Not impressed. Way to ruin dinner and our night with your rude customer service, guys.

I always order from this Pizza Hut location as its around the corner from me, and I have never had a bad experience. I mean obviously it’s Pizza Hut so it’s not that great, but not that bad either… I usually favor Dominos but after hearing that PH revamped their menu we decided to test it out. We ordered Quepapas, a Pretzel Piggy pizza and a Sweet Sriracha Dynamite pizza. First off, I love the Quepapas. They are basically cheesy jalapeño tater tots served with ranch. So as you might imagine, yum. As for the pizzas I found the Pretzel Piggy to be totally delicious and we will order it again for certain. The Sweet Sriracha Dynamite fell flat for me, but my partner enjoyed it. Quick delivery time and their updated menu items/topping options are worth a try.

Every order from this location has been a disappointment, we don’t even bother any more, We had a great experience from the one off Overland near Five Mile while visiting family but this State St store has failed every time we have tried over the past 4 years since moving to this side of town. Domino’s is better faster and cleaner. Last time I was in the this PHut store it was filthy the bathroom was disgusting there was period blood on the toilet seat and it was just generally dirty all over.

My husband and I never order from Pizza Hut, maybe this is why. A friend of mine ordered a supreme stuffed crust pizza from pizza hut the other day and offered me a slice. It was delicious! Just like I had remembered from years ago when I had eaten it last. Tonight, we ordered the same exact pizza and it was as if they took the crust right out from the freezer and baked it without letting it rise. It was awful and nothing like the stuffed crust I had just a couple weeks ago. They also clearly knew it was a bad pie because there was a random $ 3 discount on our receipt. Yet they served it to us anyway.

So, called up on Sunday evening about 5:30 to order a pizza for carryout. I had been craving taco pizza for about a week, and figured it was time. While the kid on the phone was quite polite, he politely explained to me that they were out of lettuce. Now, lettuce is a rather key ingredient in a taco pizza, so I told them not to bother. As I thought about it more though, there is a friggin Albertsons 6 blocks down the road that I am quite sure had lettuce. Seems to me that since they were going to be open another 6 hours, maybe someone could drive down and get some! Cancelled my order, called the Asian Wok down the street, and had some extremely sub-standard chinese.
