As a tea snob, I was happy to get some great lose leaf tea from Teavana. :D staff was very sweet and made my day so much better. Thank you!

I generally love this chain and have not had any reason for complaint until this location. Each time I go for an iced tea there they make it wrong, but like a mental patient, I go back thinking they’ll get it right this time. They never do. I’ll go there for dry tea, but I think beverages are out

Staff is very helpful and there are a bunch of teas that they sample. They are pretty cool and really smart on selling because all the teas that they sample are blended teas. They do a little bit of one and a little bit of another, that way you are excited about duplicating the flavor and buy atleast 2 teas.
Not only do they sell dry teas to brew at home but they also make them and sell them in the store too. Its a tea bar that takes all but a couple of minutes to make a fresh cup of hot or iced tea.
I like this place and if I am ever in Boise again I will be stopping by for more omiyage for home.
