This place is hilarious. The bouncers at the front take their jobs very seriously even though on a Sunday night, only 10 – 20 come in on hip hop night. I actually saw a bouncer break a customers nose, I still wonder if that bouncer ever got sued for inappropriate conduct… It used to get packed years ago but now, not so much. If they had a better DJ and drink specials it could probably be like the«good ol days» on a Sunday night aka circa 2008… The current DJ is dated and plays old music and nothing new. I’ve never been on a country night — I’ve heard those were fun. Might have to try it out sometime!

The drinks here are nice but the food isn’t worth it. The music is overly loud but doable. Some nights there is a huge crowd and hardly room to move around. Either way it’s a nice place to get away with a vibrant atmosphere. Overall satisfaction brings me to a 3 star but that’s not a bad thing.

If I could give a review less than one star I would. The drinks were absolutely mixed with the minimal amount of alcohol, the bartenders were dicks and the bouncers have little less than an ounce of intelligence. Besides the rude bartenders and bad drinks, the bouncers cut off one of our party members for being«too drunk» even though they had had only 2 drinks. They claimed that our friend was too drunk even though they had a 47±year-old woman hanging off of them. If you had a 200+ lbs. person hanging around your neck more drunk than the other patron you would obviously determine it’s the person using another person’s neck as a vine in Tarzan as being the more intoxicated individual. Not the individual holding up the other person to keep them. We were also privy to seeing the bouncer completely ignore their own friends(whom we had seen actually stumbling around running into objects and the stage and talking to the bouncers) in their search for keeping the bar safe from overly intoxicated individuals. This is hypocrisy from the highest level and I hope the owners of the Buffalo Club will consider some kind of reprimand for those individuals as well as an apology to our friend who was treated so unfairly.

Really rude bartender there named Joshua. The bar is just really a meat market interested only in getting every dime out of a customer they can get, no care about customer service or safety. You cannot even get a glass of ice water there unless you purchase a bottle of water. There are definitely much better places to dance and party in Boise.

Was pleasantly surprised. The band was truly awesome and played a range of different music, not just country. Awesome and very talented saxophone player!

Thursday night: Very good music and friendly people. Heard they have Karaōke on Tuesdays? Some seriously skilled dancers. Didn’t try food or beverages. Staff friendly. Band kept it clean.

I was in town visiting family and we were looking for an adult night out. Eventually came upon this place and it was a night to remember. Great crowd, live music, large dance floor. At the bar, Sarah was AWESOME, even helped me carry multiple shots over to our table. I don’t see myself making the 11 hour drive to Boise very often, but I know where I’m going to get a drink when I do!
