Emailed for information and consulting no response… place is very close to my house so I gave them a call… talked with a girl on the phone and decided to go for it… buttttttttttt she asked for a $ 50 fee ummm what? No way why would I pay you 50 bucks for something I’m not sure I will do… left a bad taste in my mouth no thanks

I too thought that I had finally found the right place for my aesthetic needs, but unfortunately I was wrong. This place is so overpriced and the cosmetic treatment (that I spent a lot of money for) did nothing but empty out my wallet. I was talked into a eye cream and thought it would be a reasonable cost, but when I got the bill I almost fell over. I went online to price this item and found out that Vita Novu doubled the cost. Every treatment they suggested was double the cost compared to other very reputable facilities (both in Idaho and out of state). I now understand why no one was waiting when I came in and no one was waiting when I left! The office staff need to be on top of things better. Phone rings 6 or more times before someone answers. They get your information wrong, call to confirm appointments that you’ve canceled weeks ago and give you attitude when you inform them (more than once) about the errors. I will continue looking for a place that respects me as well as my pocketbook.

I originally really liked this place! staff is wonderful. Unfortunately I got 6 laser treatments on my upper lip and it’s come back and I’ve resorted back to waxing. I wouldn’t mind so much but I don’t see any difference from when I first began. I’m gonna try another place in the future for my laser hair removal.
