Dean was quick to react & did a great job of fixing my brick on my home. I have an older townhouse in Bolingbrook that was built rather cheaply but Dean was fair & communicated often with me. I am definitely using him again.

I had an appointment scheduled on Monday, 2⁄2 at 6pm to install a ceiling fan. This was scheduled a week in advance. I called Dean and left a message at 1:20pm to let him know I had the day off of work and if he wanted to stop by earlier he could do so. I did not receive a call back. 6pm came and went. I called and left a message at 6:30pm to ask a status or ETA as I understand appointments run late and that the weather was bad. No response, no call back. I called today to see what happened and, true to form, Dean did not answer nor have I received a call back. I’m shocked at such poor customer service. If he only called to explain why he couldn’t make it, then I would be willing to accommodate. However, this is not the case. I would not recommend Blaschak Handyman.
