Come to the United States after the first time to eat, more disappointed, but I still like the inside of the staff, is very kind to people, it is worth mentioning mashed potato is my favorite

Not that I buy KFC often, but I have been to this place twice in the last year. The service was so terrible the first time, I waited 6 months to go again, unfortunately I was disappointed a second time as it may be the worst customer service ive ever experienced at a fast food place, and thats saying something!

I will not come back to this kfc I ordered a simple meal and they messed it up in the store took order back fix it and it still was messed up I got all the way home which is no where near this area ans had to drive back and they wouldn’t even give me a free soda or something for my gas and time so I will never go to this one and I will always check my bag from now on you just lost a customer ps when I went back in it was another man in there complaining bad service is what I rate you

This is the WORST KFC ever! Every time I come here they never have ANYTHING. The service is absolutely HORRIBLE. The only reason I keep coming back is because they are ridiculously close and they are suppose to be convenient. This place has no idea what customer service is and have no desire to be a 5 or at least a 4 star franchise. They have a high turnover rate and really need some help. I can go to Popeyes anyday and be in and out in 3 minutes. The chicken is always hot and ready. Not cold and dry like this place. This place NEEDS HELP!!!

They get to know you and what you want. Food is always fresh and good.

Not sure why this place has gotten bad reviews. I usually use the drive-​thru once every couple weeks for lunch. I’ve never had a problem anytime. There’s never more than 1 car ahead of me. They’ve always gotten my order right and fairly quickly.

You know, some things in life, you just need to say no to. Like cocaine, excessive drinking, vodka enemas, and this particular KFC.
They closed down the KFC that was closer to the house, and the husband had a KFC craving, so we drove down to this one instead. We walked in 10 minutes after the place opened, so there was only one person in front of us in the line. Good, right? What the hell was I thinking? Halfway through taking the other persons order, the cashier just announces she’s going on break, and walks away from the register. By the time a replacement cashier made it to the register,(and grant you, there were at least six or seven other employees just sitting around,) ten more minutes had passed, and now there’s a grumbling line of customers waiting behind us. So finally, we placed our order. That’s the only thing that went OK.
Onto the food. And I particularly enjoy KFC. But as the Raven quotes «Nevermore.» Mac and cheese side: I used to work in fast-​food, so I understand the idea of carryover from the night before. But I also know if it looks petrified, it needs to be thrown out. This pile of fluorescent orange glop, wasn’t even heated all the way through. Extra Crispy Chicken: Crispy yeah. Pebbles are considered crispy, right? Bad, just awful.
I mean, I understand it’s fast –food, not to set my expectations high, but this was just nuts.

Ok… every once in a while I have a KFC jones! This location is a block away from me and sorry to say it’s always a train wreck! I swear KFC hires the most ignorant, clueless people around! I was kept waiting 16 minutes for buffalo wings that were only suppose to take 3 minutes. I was told to pull around front and they would bring out the wings, so I waited and waited… finally I went inside and they looked at me like I had 3 heads! Hello? Get a clue! I guess I will have to drive to Romeoville or Naperville next time the urge comes on!
