Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sandwich Delis. This specific store is closest to my home but I Drive 15 minutes to an alternative store. Right when you walk in the shop(fyi im not racist in anyway) there seems to be a strong smell of Curry which is not an ingredient in any of the sandwiches. And I have brought a sandwich home and the meat and the bread and the bag smelled like Curry! That is a very tolerable complaint, my biggest factor is that I cannot understand more than three words that the two men working there have to say to me asking for asking me questions me telling them something I cannot understand anything they say and it is very apparent they aren’t good at making sandwiches there. I wish a mike was making my sandich! :(

This place is convenient and generally has good sandwiches. The oddity is the employees. Have been to several locations and they consistently tend to have an attitude, and act goofy. Can’t figure it out. But we do you come back because the sandwiches are good

When you walk in here, the counter is an actual deli counter with cold meats just like one you would find at a deli. They cut the meats fresh for cold sandwiches and cook them on the spot for hot ones. I’ve never been disappointed. The bread isn’t anything special, but at the same time you get the impression that it’s just a no-frills, well-made bread. It doesn’t taste like there are a lot of fillers and preservatives. There are a lot of sandwiches I haven’t tried, because the ones I have tried are too good to stray away from. I usually either get a Chipotle Cheese Steak or a Club Supreme. Both subs are really good. They cook the steak fresh for each sandwich. I have a hug appetite and the giant sub is indeed giant!

Like when the sandwich maker’s nails are so long they puncture the plastic gloves… gross.

Love, love, love!!! Best place for sandwiches(better than jimmy johns). Everything is fresh and cut right in front of you. The bread is made daily and the toppings are crisp! The staff is decent at this location. There is one guy in particular who you can tell knows what he is doing, all the others are just high school kids who have no idea what to do. The rewards program is good too which is nice. But these are definitely the best subs I have had in the area, so fresh and delicious!!! Must try!!!

Great sandwiches, as usual, but this location has some rude employees. There’s one female employee in particular who obviously hates her job and is not a people person. I’ve been to this location several times and her attitude has been the same each time. Ridiculously rude. I can’t believe she’s allowed to serve people with that attitude.

If I’m in the mood for a cold sub then I’ll probably be stopping by a jersey Mikes in the Chicagoland area. There are some hot stuff that I might prefer like I really enjoy Firehouse Subs but they just have a totally different menu. It’s really nice to have so many sandwich options while you’re working around Chicagoland suburbs and whatnot. But I really enjoy the flavor of the jersey Mikes sub when you get it Mike’s Way and you add the oil and vinegar. It’s just so delicious

You won’t find a better sandwich in Bolingbrook. Fresh ingredients sliced right in front of you. There’s a great variety of hot and cold sandwiches, plus chips, soups, sodas and more. Friendly staff and a clean establishment. Their rewards program is pretty good. This location is also a loyal supporter of Bolingbrook High School and their activities.

This place is great. Staff is super friendly and sincere. There is one guy that always remembers what I usually order(even if it’s been months since I’ve been in). Ask them about their secret sandwiches that aren’t on the menu! I get the number 4.

Horrible service and to top it off the girl making out sandwiches gave us a crazy attitude and kept rolling her eyes like she really hated her job. Never going there again. Bolingbrook jersey mikes is by far the worst I’ve ever been to.

I have visited this store several times. The chain itself is very good. We would always stop at the Naperville one and it was always great. When this one opened we were excited. We love subs but this store was like a subway. Less meat and more lettuce. Uggg. I would recommend traveling the extra 15 minutes to the naperville store… more meat for the cost.

I had a horrible visit at the Jersey Mike’s Subs @ 214 Weber Rd, Bolingbrook, IL60440. I came into this store yesterday and placed an order and watched the team make my subs and soup that I ordered. As the girl rang me up I presented her a voucher card that was good for a free regular sub at all Jersey Mike’s Chicagoland locations. The manager Samir came to the register and said that his store will not accept this voucher. I explained to him that the voucher is good at ANY Chicagoland location so why not his? He simply said that he will not accept it and I began to argue with him. I own a franchise business and we have to accept all vouchers so why is it that he wants to put up a fight and make a customer angry? I told him that I was not paying for the order I placed nor will I ever return to a Jersey Mike’s location seeing you have a valid voucher for a free sub but that store manager(Samir) won’t accept it. All the food that I ordered most likely ended up in the garbage and needless to say is loosing a customer for life. I hope it was worth it Samir!

I have been to this place a few times and never had a problem when I go. The staff is real friendly and the food is good. They have sandwich’s that you don’t normally find at other places. The decorations could be a little more exciting or different. It seems to look just like any other place when you go in there.

My first time at this location, but the outcome is still the same. I really like the subs here.(Only had the turkey though) this to me is a great change from the same old subway sandwich and its also a healthy option. The service is quick and friendly. Two thumbs up…

Not understanding the hype going on about this place. I was told by quite a few people that Jersey Mike’s was the best sub shop out there, and that I needed to try it. Here is the breakdown of Jersey Mike’s in my hierarchy of chain sub shops: A little bit Above Subway, way, way way, above the crap they churn out at Jimmy Johns, but this place cannot hold a candle to my love of Potbelly’s. I went during a busy lunch period, but there were about fifteen employees behind the counter, so everything was running smoothly, and the line was moving rather quickly. That was the only major positive of my visit. I ordered a roast beef sub with onions, pickles, seasoning, and their signature vinegar and oil. They make a big production out of shaking all this vinegar and oil onto your sub, but in the end, it really lacks any sort of flavor; just adds a bunch of moisture to the bread, which causes it to become a little soggy. The sandwich, like I said, was just really blah. The best part about it, was they actually use real deli roast beef; you could actually see the grains of the meat, instead of the smooth processed shit at other places(yeah, Arby’s, I’m calling you out!) While at the register, the cashier was pushing everyone to sign up for some e-discount sort of club, so I did. What the hell could it hurt? Well, halfway through lunch, my inbox is blowing up with at least five emails from this joint. I know it was not the fault of the restaurant, but it also took me two months to get off their frigging email list. I really cannot say that I would be back here, since Potbelly’s is right across town. If I did, perhaps I would have better luck with one of their hot, toasted subs. The Reuben looked like it could be promising.

As far as chain sub joints go, this is my favorite. It’s clean, has a couple TV’s, nice employees and most importantly the food is good. I always get the Philly steak because it’s as close to authentic as you can find anywhere around. I think it’s a fantastic sandwich. As far as people that don’t like the chatty employees, get over yourselves. Every time I walk in this place I’m greeted with a smile and a «Hello. How are you today?». I don’t care if they mean it or not. It’s nice. It makes me feel welcome. I’m not the most social guy in the world, but I’ll indulge the«script». They’re cutting my meat and making my sandwich, the least I can do is play along. Would you rather walk into Subway or Quizno’s where almost every employee seems pissed off to see you as you try to struggle through a language barrier to get a lesser sandwich made? It’s amazing how people get pissed off at a company that trains their employees to be nice.
